Well guys, today (technically yesterday) marks 20 days of consistently doing one of the toughest HIIT programs I know. I have finished the first month of the program, and now im moving on to the second (and harder) month.
I am seeing massive improvements to my physique as well as a massive boost to my cardio and strength. I can't wait to see what the next 20 days will bring.
