Finally decided to overcome imposter syndrome and build a telegram bot just to see how far I can make it on my own. I watched a video and managed to come through ngrok and implemented telegram's webhooks to it (free plan calling me poor)

I do have a plan to implement a bot for this channel and I am just wrapping up the final researching stages so that I can make sure it works just as well as I want it to. Hopefully I'll be able to release it within the next two weeks or so

Finally managed to get into cron jobs, and started using node-cron. Probably one of the best things I have ever tried and it is amazing!

Just implemented it into my telegram bot and I am waiting for it to send a message at 11am (in one minute lol)

And it worked! Let's goooooooooo! In hindsight this project was easier that I thought it'd be. Well time to implement it for this channel and deployed.

I see that the scheduled message isn't being sent, I think it is most probably due to the timezone in which the project got deployed at (running at PST instead of EST). For now I'm going to wait for the next two hours to see if the message will be sent.

If it does then yay everything works, the next thing will be to configure the cron scheduler to be set to EST time. Then adding some extra features.

What features do you think this bot should have for the channel?

Okay so this message is from the Bot but I had to manually send it from my local server since there is an issue with render handling scheduling. I may have to add a worker function so it continually runs for a set interval.
