Literally coded my first ever angular (and frontend) authentication logic (with the help of @ruthabiti). I am putting it out there, but I literally could not grasp how to implement authentication in frontend, especially implementing the logic including stuff like interceptors and route guards.

But here I am feeling accomplished for getting this done and even better, actually understanding what I did (to an extent😭). Literally proving to myself that I have what it takes, and that I am not that (and pardon my language) shit at programming😂.

@fridaynightcodingwithneba literally is providing some of the best of the best lessons every Friday alongside real world advices. My first ever mentor and honestly I wouldn't be able to be half of the developer I am without him (unc getting a bit cheesy)

His experiences alongside wisdom will elevate you to levels you never thought you'd reach. An absolute GOAT of the dev world!
I decided to ditch a project I wanted to start because I wasn't really interested as it won't really do much for me (I'll probably pick up on it after re-planning and making it more interesting), nonetheless I have had a revelation of sorts and I have an app in mind that i am going to build.

It'll help me polish my node skills, and also integrate my new react skills. It'll take me a while as this is going to be my first ever project but I am gonna go head first into it and just do it with love (pause?).

Unc gonna make it with this one God willingly😭
Mixed up next with nest while giving advice to a fellow dev.

Time to hang up my dev cap and walk away all edgy😔

On that note, good night gang

Well 10+ likes, here goes nothing.

Back during the 9th grade, I was at my social studies class (To clarify I am an ICS alumni 😎😂) and we finished our class an hour or so early. The teacher was asking us what we wanted to do and people were giving out ideas such as games and fun activities.

Then here comes Lil young fat (docho category) Henok (me) rasing his hand to suggest an idea. The teacher picks me and my innocent self says full confidence:

NETFLIX AND CHILL!!!!!

Now I was just an innocent lad and had no idea what that meant, what I thought it meant was watching a movie and literally chilling. But boy was i wrong. The look of shock everyone gave me that eventually turned into laughter could still be felt by my psyche till this day.

RIP to that little bit of innocence that got lost that day😂😂

And this isn't even the worst/funniest story in my catalog of life yet😂

A year ago, my friend encouraged me to start writing daily gratitude. Honestly, it helped me more than I expected.
@HanixJourney wrote something about Journaling and it was so well written and hits close to home that I had to share it here. Journaling can be one of, if not the best methods to maintain a healthy mindset and bettwr understand yourself more than inner monologuing.

As someone who used to, and still does at times, struggles with keeping my head up, I push myself to be grateful for what I already have essentially pushing myself to see the good in everything. The good in the good, the good in the bad and the good in the mid.

It takes a lot just to appreciate oneself but once you master the art of being your best friend, then nothing can put you down.

Go read his post and you'll see how interesting his points are😁

Sometimes even I am surprised with how smart I am. For all the "I Can't do it's" I have in me, my brain come somehow do it. What in the world is this even called gang?😭
I'll still keep on loving you create-react-app

Whatever you're thinking it is not that😂😂😂

Meet Natnael Fekadu, whose team recently won at the Gebeta Maps Hackathon! You might be wondering what problems they solved. Have you ever felt lost, struggling to find the nearest taxi or bus stop?

Leveraging the Gebeta Maps API, Natnael developed a mobile app that empowers Ethiopian commuters to easily locate and navigate traditional bus and taxi routes. Check out his Github for more.
