Learning optimization and I came across an "old" technique where you can stop re-renders of components not affected by state changes in parent components by passing those components as children props or normal props to the parent components.

This makes it so that the non-changing child component gets loaded once before getting passed into the parent, and in turn never changing even if the parent re-renders multiple times (assuming the child component doesn't have a prop that is based on the parent component's state)

A mouthful I know but it's an interesting technique to say the least🙏🏾
Memo, useMemo, useCallBack

Being grateful for the things you have in life goes a long way in building better character and mental health in my opinion. Of course life hits us with some outrageous bs at times and it can be enough to just curse out the bigotry that weights us down. Fair and justifiable to crash out but I think to keep your mental state from deteriorating into the depth of destruction it's good to step back and look at what you have in the greater scheme of things.

Even if I I don't have what I ideally want or have not achieved the lifestyle and mindset I want to be at (biblical levels of greed?), Thank God I have what I do right now at this current moment, because without it I would have been so horrible. Be it health, sentimental stuff or material, it is a blessing of sorts to look at what you have and be grateful.

What do y'all think?

Have a good one gang🫡
