Sushi rice (همون برنج شفته خودمون) + the insides are : tuna olive oil+ a bit of soy sauce+ salt and pepper+ mayo
Form it into a ball and sprinkle sesame on it

(If U like you can add sriracha sauce and avocado too but I made ورژن دانشجویی with whatever available)
