Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin did not issue a restraining order. Audit continues today.

First Amendment Coalition (represented by Perkins Coie) accepted into the case; they filed a Motion to Intervene, for the Limited Purpose of Opposing Cyber Ninjas' Motion to File an Exhibit Under Seal and to Close the Hearing to the Media and the Public.

Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs also accepted into case, she filed a Motion for Leave to File Brief of Amicus Curiae of Secretary of State Hobbs in Support of Plaintiff's Request for a Temporary Restraining Order.

Staci Burks not accepted into case.

Docketed today is We the People AZ Alliance PAC and Maricopa County Libertarian Party as filing a Brief Amicus Curiae.

An Oral Argument Hearing is scheduled for tomorrow 4/28/21 @ 10:30am.

Major conflict of interest pointed out by Gateway Pundit:
The problem for Ms. Roopali Desai is that she is representing Steve Gallardo (Board of Supervisor) in the case and has a potential conflict of interest due to her work representing the state of Arizona (Governor Ducey) in the Ducey – Burk (Staci Burk) case.
In this case, Desai represents the governor against Burk. Burk’s case is now with the US Supreme Court.

Now democrats and the SNAKE News media are all about the "chain of custody" and concerned about what pens are left on a table!
