“With all due respect, [your letter] reads like a political press release calculated to undermine a process that you have opposed since its inception. You will surely recall that when the audit was in the planning stages, the Senates representatives extended invitations to you and your fellow Democrats to collaborate in the formulation of audit procedures, which you rebuffed. My first act as the Senate Liaison was to reach out to the AZ Democratic Party to ask for a Democrat Co-Liaison to work beside me throughout the audit, which was rejected 3 times. … Needless to say, these rejections detract from the credibility of your professed interest in the conduct of the audit.
“Your decision to wait to send your letter until right after signing your settlement agreement demonstrates a degree of bad faith. You clearly had these concerns before signing the settlement agreement, and you could have raised them with us or incorporated them into the agreement before releasing your claims. Pursuant to Sections 2 and 3 of the Settlement Agreement, inter alia, you agreed to release all claims advanced in the litigation, including your claims that the auditor’s policies are legally inadequate or not “consistent with state and federal statutory and constitutional law and the EPM, including with respect to the security and integrity of ballots and election equipment.” (See Motion to Intervene filed on April 28th, 2021, page 8, inter alia.) Therefore, to the extent that you still question the adequacy of the auditor’s policies, you have released those claims; and to the extent that your letter implies that you intend to take any further legal action on that basis, you are in breach of the Settlement Agreement.

You have personally referred to this audit as a “Fraudit”, which confirms a bias and, therefore, lack of credibility far beyond the lack of credibility you assert. transmitted through the observers you send. Still, we welcome them and their input on how to make the audit successful."

Dear diary:
Well—-I got through the War Room. I have come to really appreciate people that can operate at a high level in a live environment.
While I can manage it, I am not a natural. I can never quite escape how surreal it is to be on someone's TV or computer screen, on a show that is aired around the world.
Believe it or not, while I'm talking about election fraud, my mind often gets distracted. Like, "oh shit, I'm talking with Steve Bannon and this guy is friends with the real President of the United States."
These shows are always a tight rope walk for me. I don't know how to put on a TV face. I don't like watching my interviews. I cringe.
Also, I don't live in a quiet or upscale neighborhood. I have a biker that revs by my house several times a day. Another neighbor that likes to bump his bass. Kids that play right outside my makeshift studio. I have three young children outside my door that don't understand what I do all day, and could barge in (and often do) at any moment.
My wife is my security perimeter.
Top that off with little-to-no sleep, a pounding headache, and finals week, I feel like I am at the mercy of Almighty God to get through just about anything.

Fun fact. When I ran for office many, many, years ago I received a campaign donation from Jack Handy.
Folks from my generation, remember the SNL writer (back when the show was actually funny). He not only created the sketch Toonces the driving cat, but also "Deep Thoughts by Jack Handy." Here is one such example:
"Many people think that history is a dull subject. Dull? Is it "dull" that Jesse James once got bitten on the forehead by an ant, and at first it didn't seem like anything, but then the bite got worse and worse, so he went to a doctor in town, and the secretary told him to wait, so he sat down and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited, and then finally he got to see the doctor, and the doctor put some salve on it? You call that dull?"
