Judge just sold "We the People" out.
Cliff notes: Judge is calling what the Michigan already did in the past as an "audit."
Therefore, Bill Bailey's lawsuit and claimed for relief is moot.
Even though it is clear it was not an audit—-even by the Secretary of State's admission.
Moreover, Deperno sought leave to add the SOS to his complaint as a defendant. Court never entertained that motion.
Translation: If you are the leader of an organized crime syndicate (i.e. the SOS) you can can do a sham audit, and it will be upheld, because... you know... the law.
