For learning about options, the de facto standard imho is Options as a Strategic Investment by Lawrence G. McMillan, it's a very lovely read.
Other good reads include

I hadn't seen this in years but was going through saved messages and stumbled upon it again. Rewatched and just, damn the way he does things is so elegant. I wish he commented the stack notation on his code though. What's funny is how he's so "nonchalant" about some things. "why isn't this code working? Oh! Well, because Forth is a correctly structured language, it's definition order is exactly as declared" etc hahaha
