Willing to bet it's just hacked together to say "we're fighting gun violence and extremism" during election year and won't go anywhere, just still hilarious and odd to see pretty much half of the constitution being attacked and most hobbies attacked as well. The legalese is so vague that pretty much any "physically endangering" activity is deemed problematic, and training for it is even moreso lol wtf. Don't defend yourself! Don't learn how! Don't practice martial arts! Didn't they learn from Brazil that doing this only leads to a revolution in which the means to practice self defense is only highlighted?
