The UK's Race Relations Act of 1965 enforced multiracialism and integration by banning racial discrimination. As mentioned in my recent article on Anglosphere immigration and "civil rights" laws, it is the British equivalent of the US 1964 Civil Rights Act. The Canadian, Australian, and New Zealand equivalents were passed in 1977, '74, and '71, respectively.

The British act was drafted by Frank Soskice, the son of a Jewish merchant from Russia who took part in the Russian revolution. They worked for an organization that was bank rolled by Jacob Schiff, a Rothschild employee and leading figure in the banking cartel behind the Federal Reserve. Schiff was described as “the foremost Jewish leader from 1880 to 1920” (aka the 'Schiff Era').

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree: Frank Soskice was a leading member of the UK's Labour Party, serving as Home Secretary. Likewise, Frank's son, David, is a professor at the Fabian Society's London School of Economics and an advisor to the Labour Party.

The UK's Race Relations Act was based on various bills drawn up by leading Labour politician Fenner Brockway, who had tried and failed to pass anti-"racism" (anti-White) laws through British parliament every year from 1956 to 1964.

Brockway was a vegetarian and the son of missionaries, born in India. He was also involved with the Fabian Society and a member the communist League against Imperialism (a ComIntern front organization), the British Humanist Association, and the Ethical Society. I don't know why, but it seems that most Anglos don't really understand that the Labour Party are a bunch of Communists. Civil Rights laws were passed throughout the West during the 60s and 70s. Many people in this sphere are familiar with the history of American Civil Rights, but other Anglosphere countries tend to get overlooked.

I don't have time to provide an in-depth history for every country, so this article provides two short biographies of the major architects behind the UK's 1965 Race Relations Act, both of whom were quintessential "civil rights" activists.
