Apparently, 1906 was an extreme heatwave, followed by the coldest summer in 230 years in 1909, and then the hottest summer in 1911, with similar temperatures to UK today.

Remember those California "wildfires" that conveniently aligned with the high speed rail being built as part of Agenda 21 and justified by climate hoax bullshit? They even have a "carbon footprint calculator" on their website.
Snopes deboonked the "conspiracy theory" that the "wildfires" were actually arson by pointing out that there was only a 40% overlap between fire and railway, rather than the 100% overlap implied by the conspiracy meme. The blame was eventually pinned on PG&E.

The rape rate is estimated 40% but nobody knows because the police are useless. Conviction rates are extremely low, 2% for crimes like hijacking and robbery. All of the infrastructure is collapsing. Racial quota laws filled important positions with incompetent people. But there are still incredibly wealthy suburbs where people can live behind a thin veneer of normality away from the chaos on their doorsteps.
You get the idea. This is the future of the West.
