Debunking the nonsensical claim that "ethnostates will lead to incest and inbreeding depression (autosomal recessive disorders)":

1. The probability of autosomal recessive disorders is ~0% for third and fourth cousin marriages, which are the most fertile and also pretty common because friends are as genetically related as fourth cousins, on average.

2. The only people at risk are second cousin marriages and closer related incest, which is practically nonexistent in White countries. We are the least inbred people on the planet.

3. Miscegenation causes outbreeding depression in the same way that inbreeding causes autosomal recessive disorders: It creates rare gene variants that are more likely to be harmful because they haven't been purged by natural selection. It also alters environmental adaptations for the worse, e.g. darkening skin in northern climates.

A new paper on the Proto-Indo-European expansion was recently released, looking at the Cernavoda and Usatove cultures of Southeastern Europe, dated ~4000 to ~3100 BC.

"It has been theorized that the Cernadova culture, together with the Sredny Stog culture, was the source of Anatolian languages [Hittite, Luwian, Trojan, etc.] and introduced them to Anatolia through the Balkans" (Wiki) (Study).

This theory was challenged by the Harvard Reich Lab in 2022. They used extremely shady methods (representing PIE ancestry with East European Hunter-Gatherers, not sampling any Western Anatolians, etc.) and claimed that because they couldn't find any "PIE" ancestry in Anatolia, PIE people/languages must have originated in the Middle East.

Using the newly published Cernavoda individuals (who didn't have much PIE ancestry to begin with but likely spoke IE languages), we see that Harvard's claims are bogus. Early and Middle Bronze Age Anatolian samples do have Cernavoda-related ancestry after all.
