Argentina has very different circumstances to the West. It's population is mixed-race with highly variable ancestry from Amerindians and Europeans, which means highly variable IQ and competency relative to an ethnically homogenous nation.
A more free and meritocratic system would naturally allow competent Whites and people with high White admixture to rise to the top of society, have more kids, etc. And it would end welfare subsidization of less competent and intelligent people (who generally speaking have lower European admixture). Adding to the post above: There is no one size fits all ideology. Different political systems work for different people under different circumstances and should correspond to their innate ethnic/racial characteristics.
A system with more freedom and internal competition, e.g. Classical Liberal Republic, would be beneficial for a homogeneous, high IQ, high trust, Northwest European society, leading to more innovation, faster advancement, etc.
