A new meta analysis of 218 studies with 14,170 participants found that all forms of exercise alone are more effective at curing depression than antidepressant drugs alone. A combination of antidepressants and exercise was more effective than some forms of exercise alone.

"Exercise is an effective treatment for depression, with walking or jogging, yoga, and strength training more effective than other exercises, particularly when intense. Yoga and strength training were well tolerated compared with other treatments. Exercise appeared equally effective for people with and without comorbidities and with different baseline levels of depression."

Trump's election boosted White birthrates and reduced Hispanic birthrates, a shift equivalent to 2.3% of the total US birthrate in 2015. Nationalists winning power in any Western country would have a similar effect. Mass deportations are also likely to increase White birthrates.

Simply giving people hope for the future is enough to increase birth rates, but mass deportation would also increase birth rates by increasing wages, housing availability, work availability, neighborhood safety, etc.

R-selected populations have no trouble breeding in chaotic, unstable environments (see: Third World). K-selected populations benefit more from environmental stability.
