Terms of Service (Exchanges)
- CashApp and PayPal must be sent via balance.
- I can deny any exchange at my own discretion.
- Funds must be safe and legally obtained.
- No refunds once the deal is complete.
- Exchange/VCC fee is non-refundable, even if the deal is cancelled/doesn't go through.
- If the value of the crypto you send me drops as we wait for it to confirm, the amount being exchanged will be the value of the confirmed crypto.
- You will not be refunded in the event my wallet is locked or funds are frozen via conversion (or sending to a fraudulent related address).
- If my account gets locked during the exchange you will be paid once my account has unlocked.
- I will not be held responsible for anything that happens to your exchange/wallet after the deal has taken place.
- I will not be held responsible for anything that occurs after purchasing said product/service on said website.
- I will not be held responsible if a payment ends up getting reverted/refunded.
- I do not cover sending fees.
- I will send once the transaction has reached 1 confirmation.
- If a deal is canceled or doesn’t go through I will refund the crypto value whether it goes up or down.
- Any part of my TOS is subject to change at any time, it is your responsibility to double-check or ask before dealing.
- By using this service, you agree to all the terms as stated above.
