For folks who overthink, i have a simple routine that might helps
• Write what’s on your mind before sleep
Just dump everything on paper. No fixing. Then CLOSE the book
• Tell yourself “tomorrow is tomorrow”
You handled TODAY. That’s enough.
• Sleep at the same time
• Stop scrolling in bed
• Pick one task for tomorrow

One problem i saw with AI code assistants is that most of the time they use outdated dependencies or deprecated libraries.
This can create security risks, so you always need to review the code and make sure it uses the latest libraries and best practices
