"If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got."
- Henry Ford

I want to share some friendly and simple advice on how to become someone who achieves great things. It all starts with gathering information and being curious about what's happening around you. Ask anyone you come across about what they are doing, what projects they are working on, or what interests them. Open yourself up to learning from others.

When you come across opportunities, don't hesitate to participate, even if you feel like you lack the skills or knowledge. Remember, it's through participation that you learn and grow. If you don't know how to do something, don't be afraid to ask for help. Learning is a continuous process, and seeking knowledge is a sign of strength.

Building connections is crucial. Get to know as many people as you can. Start by simply saying "hi" and strike up conversations. Ask them about their work, their hobbies, or their experiences. You never know how they might be able to help or support you on your journey.

But above all, dedication is key. Consistency is what will propel you forward. Make it a habit to dedicate yourself to learning and growing every single day. Challenge yourself to explore new things, expand your skills, and accept opportunities that come your way. Remember, success is often the result of perseverance and a determined mindset.

So, go out there, gather information, ask questions, and participate in the world around you. Build connections, learn from others, and stay dedicated. With time and effort, you'll be amazed at how far you can go.

Keep pushing forward and never stop believing in yourself.

Take care,
Nebyat B.

Think about this: a ship is always safe when it stays close to the shore, but that's not why it was made. The ship was built for something more—to sail the vast ocean, explore new places, and face challenges head-on. Similarly, in life, staying in our comfort zones may feel secure, but it won't help us grow or fulfill our true potential. We need to take risks, step into the unknown, and embrace the adventures that lie ahead. It's in those moments of uncertainty that we discover our strengths, learn valuable lessons, and become stronger individuals.

So, don't be afraid to leave the safety of the shore and set sail toward your dreams. You are meant for so much more than just playing it safe.

"A ship is always safe at the shore, but that is not what it is built for."

"Your aspirations may be like stars, but it's your roots that will guide you through the darkest nights."
- Matshona Dhliwayo

Imagine a tree reaching for the sky, its branches stretching high. It's like us, wanting to rise in life. But here's the catch: the tree's roots go deep into the earth.

To understand this, think about your journey. The more you aim for the top, the more important it is to stay connected to your roots—your values and where you come from.

Just like the tree's roots support its upward growth, our foundation in life keeps us steady.
Being "down to earth" isn't just a saying; it's a reminder to stay humble and connected to what matters as we reach for our goals.

So, let's learn from the tree. Reach for the sky, dream big, but always stay grounded. Like a tree, grow tall, touch the sky, and stay firmly rooted in the simple things that make you who you are.

Take care,
Nebyat B.

Hey there, aspiring developers!

Today, let's uncover the secret to becoming a skilled problem solver in the world of development. It all starts with two important words: "why" and "how."

To tackle challenges effectively, we must first ask "why" to understand the root causes. This helps us gain insights and clarity about the problem at hand.

Once we grasp the "why," we shift our focus to the "how." This is where the real magic happens. We explore different strategies, techniques, and tools to find creative solutions.

Being a developer problem solver isn't just about technical skills. It's about having curiosity and persistence.

So, let's remember: ask "why" to understand, and use the power of "how" to solve. You have what it takes to master problem solving!

Happy coding!
Nebyat B.
