Many of you might know King Solomon from biblical lore; he is known for his wisdom, power, wealth, and knowledge. I see these attributes as separate achievements. One can possess one without the others, and one might prioritize or choose to pursue only one. While some may desire all four, I find it greedy.
Personally, I prioritize knowledge. I don't learn solely for financial gain but to broaden my understanding, satisfy my curiosity, and seek answers. Money is necessary to meet my needs, not for power or political ambitions. I just enjoy creating and exploring new ideas.
What are your thoughts? Do you prioritize all these attributes, or do you learn primarily for financial reasons?

🤔 I don't know why I like such things, but here's a twist!
'If you don't know something, how can I tell you about it? And if you do know it, why would I tell you?'

You know, I wonder... It's funny that a fish, living in water, can't describe how it feels in its watery world. You only realize the value of what you have, what you lack, and regret what you could have done once you're out of the ocean.

Apple's like, 'We named our AI AI.' 😁

All the apple brainrot fans gonna think AI means apple intelligence now and and argue that "apple intelligence" came first

I remember a powerful moment when a trainer asked us what commitment means in Amharic. We answered, "የውዴታ ግዴታ," and she shared a profound insight:
"Commitment isn't about wanting to do something because you're free to do it. Once you commit, it's a burden you must bear, no matter what. It's like having a monster as your boss—there's no turning back, no excuses, no complaints."
💡 Lesson: If you commit to something, you must do what needs to be done, no matter the circumstances. True commitment means persisting through challenges without wavering.
Stay committed, stay disciplined! 💪 #Commitment #Discipline #LifeLessons

I feel like, we're essentially abstractions of ourselves—no one truly understands our detailed implementation; others simply interact with our interface 😄. Imagine, just like a well-designed software module, where users don't need to know the internal complexities but can interact with the functionalities provided. Similarly, in life, we often interact without truly knowing the intricacies of each other's thoughts, feelings, or experiences. This is why I say we exist as our own abstractions; our true depth remains hidden.

Why can't a bike stand up by itself?
It's two-tired! 😂
You know, the key to balance on a bike is to keep moving forward. If you stop pedaling, you'll just topple over. It's the same in life - true balance comes from maintaining that forward momentum, even when things get tough.
When you're feeling off-kilter, the instinct may be to just stop and wait for things to even out. But the reality is, if you want to stay upright, you've got to keep pushing ahead.
It's all about that forward motion. Just like a bike, if you stop pedaling, you'll start to wobble and fall. But if you keep those legs pumping, you can ride confidently through any bumps in the road.
So the next time you feel like you're losing your balance, remember the bike. Keep moving, keep pushing - that's the only way to stay upright and on track. 🚲💪

Sometimes I feel like if I had a version control system for my life, you know? If something happens, just rollback 😁 or create a new branch to test something out—if it goes right, just merge it; if not, leave it 🤣. Imagine if you could git pull someone else's life and merge it with yours 😁. Whose life would you clone?
Anyway, keep pushing forward! ➡️

One exam down, one to go! Just finished my final exam. As a fast-track student juggling both bachelor's and master's degrees, I was eager for the opportunity to earn both quickly. It's been a bit more time-consuming than exciting, though.
Now, just the master's project and final exam stand between me and a full-fledged summer.
Do you think diving into a master's in software engineering is worth it?

I've heard that some universities don't recognize it and just call it an 'advanced degree' 😁. feels like a waste of time 😞. If anyone knows more about the fast-track program, especially at AASTU, please share!

Here's the video of the PID controller project. Despite taking some time to stabilize, it was a fun challenge. I experimented with tuning KP, KI, and KD, but I haven't quite nailed it yet. If anyone's interested in trying it out, check out the link

One of our mentors asked, "What is happiness? When do you feel happy?" We responded that we feel happy when we gain something good or avoid losing what we already have.
He then shared a thought-provoking equation "Happiness = Reality - Expectations" He continued, "If you want to be happy, expect nothing and appreciate everything."
Recently, our lecturer announced that 80% of the students had failed. I thought I had failed too, but to my surprise, I passed! The thing is, I don't accept anything below a B+ as an acceptable grade. Now, as I've just finished my 4th year, I'm happy that I passed, but it got me thinking.
Why don't we set high expectations and strive to make them a reality? Is it because we fear failure, because it's hard, or because it might not be necessary?
