Trust me, doctors will either tell you you’re too early or too late 😁. I even heard this story, first they reassured her, saying, 'Oh, there’s nothing to worry about.' And not long after, they turned around and snapped at her family, 'Why’d you wait so long? Now it’s too late!' Like, really? Maybe they're just spinning a wheel in the back 🤣

"I feel like you won't listen, but I must say this. You forget why you came the moment you seize what you want. You become an empty vessel, hollow, with nothing inside. just a hole that no one can fill. You obsess over what you can get and what you could have had, never realizing how lost you've become.

You don't even understand why I'm speaking to you now. Your mind is clouded, covered in the ash of desires long gone. All that remains is the ash, blinding you, trapping you in your delusions, leaving you in a void. a self with no beginning, no end, no purpose, and no 'why.' Just an empty vessel, forever incomplete."

💡 5 Habits of Successful Startup Founders

Success in the startup world requires more than just a great idea—it’s all about the right habits. Here are some that will help you stay afloat and move toward your goals:

1. Daily Goals
Break down the big task into smaller daily goals. Every small step brings you closer to success.

2. Learn from Mistakes
Failures are not a reason to stop. Every mistake is a lesson that makes you stronger and smarter.

3. Networking
Success often comes not only from your product but from the right connections. Keep expanding your network.

4. Focus on Customers
Your product should solve real problems for your customers. Regularly gather feedback and implement improvements.

5. Rest for Productivity

Do you know a "breakage model" or "sludge practice."

In this tactic, companies offer incentives like free items, discounts, or rebates that seem enticing but require complex, time-consuming, or tedious steps to redeem. Most customers either give up or fail to complete the process due to the effort involved, and the company benefits because they don't have to fulfill the promised reward.

For example, a company may offer a free product, but the customer has to:

1. Fill out extensive forms.
2. Complete surveys.
3. Go through multiple verification steps.
4. Visit a specific location within a tight deadline.

Because the process is intentionally made difficult, many clients never finish, allowing the company to avoid giving out the free item while appearing generous. It's a calculated strategy to minimize costs and maximize profit while appearing to offer value.

This approach is often criticized for being deceptive, even though technically, the company is fulfilling its promise, but only to the few customers who manage to navigate the hurdles.

I was reading about the value of audacity and boldness. Sometimes, it's better to take bold actions, but other times it's necessary to wait for the right moment. boldness isn’t always on our side. Sometimes, we need to make small, simple, hidden moves that, when combined, create a bold outcome.

for me timidity has no value in any situations unless you're using it to deceive, plot, or as a bait or smokescreen to disguise your true intentions and boldness.

even in the game of deception, authenticity is sometimes needed. Your own deception could become your trap, a hole you’ve dug for yourself.

i mean you don't actually need to deceive anyone, at least, its your choice but its a pity the wold want to be deceived and it the way you can get what you want, sometimes. i am not saying you need to be a con artist or any related for the matter just Play safe, and play smart. i know is contradicting as the world is

Think selling your product is hard? Remember, someone sold the Eiffel Tower, not just once, but multiple times.

So, if they can flip a giant hunk of iron, you can definitely sell what you've got! 😄 Keep hustling!

I was reading Zero to One by Peter Thiel of course, you know him, the guy from PayPal. He and Elon Musk were rivals at first, both having similar platforms, until they merged them and called it PayPal, which eventually led to a successful exit.

What amazed me is that, even though Elon had almost triple Peter's equity when PayPal was sold to eBay, their paths have diverged so much since then. Elon is now the richest person in the world, with companies like SpaceX and Tesla, while Peter has focused on being a VC, investing in smaller ventures.

I can't quite figure out why. Peter was the CEO of PayPal, and I don't think Elon had significantly more technical knowledge than him at the time. Maybe it's all about vision and passion 🤔

here is what i get

"Musk and Thiel, while longtime collaborators, are fundamentally opposites: Musk is considered an outgoing, eccentric risk-taker, and Thiel is known as a cautious introvert. "Whereas Thiel could be comically secretive, even among close friends, Musk was incapable of censoring himself," wrote Chafkin

you know simply learning about startup success stories, especially those that seem like rare, lucky cases (like winning the lottery), is not very useful. It’s like reading a guide on how to "win" at slot machines, which is largely based on luck rather than skill or strategy. No amount of advice, such as superstitions about "hot" machines or lucky charms, can truly teach you how to win in a game of chance.

Similarly, reading startup success stories without understanding the real, replicable strategies behind them won’t help you build your own successful startup. It’s a critique of focusing on sensationalized, luck-driven narratives instead of practical, actionable knowledge.
