በድሮ ዘመን አንድ ንጉስ ነበር ይሁም ንጉስ ጉድጓድ ያስቆፍራል በመቀጠልም ህዝቡን ይጠራና ‹ሁሉም ሰው ዛሬ ለሊት አንድ ብርጭቆ ወተት እያመጣ ጉድጓዱውስጥ ይጨምር ሲነጋም ጉድጓዱ በወተት ተሞልቶ ይጠብቀኝ› ብሎ ህዝቡን ይሸኛል፡፡ ልክ ሲጨልምም አንድ ሰውዬ በብርጭቆ ወተት ይዞ ወደ ተቆፈረው ጉድጓድ ይሄዳል፤ ጉድጓዱ ጋር ሲደርስ ግን ‹አሁን ጨልሟል በዛላይ የኔ አንድ ብርጭቆ ውሃ ከዚሁሉ ወተት ውስጥ ማን ይለየዋልብሎ ወተቱን መልሶ ጉድጓድ ውስጥ ውሃ ጨምሮ ይመለሳል፡፡ ሲለጋ ንጉሱ ወደተቆፈረው ጉድጓድ ይሄዳል ግን ጉድጓዱ በወተት ሳይሆን በውሃ ተሞቶ ይጠብቀዋል፤ለካ ሁሉም ሰው ልክ እንደ መጀሪያው ሰው አስቦ ነበር፡፡ ንጉሱ በዚህ በጣም አዝኖ፤ በህዝቡ ቀና አለማሰብ ተቀይሞ ይመለሳ

The most valuable lesson I’ve learned about lean development is this
you can genuinely create something people love, something that truly solves a problem. I used to think solving a problem meant I had to fully understand it myself and have the “right” solution from the start. But that’s not it at all.
You don’t have to be perfectly right from the beginning. Instead, the people you want to help become your guides. By testing everything and learning from their feedback, you can adapt. pivot if needed or stick with your original idea if it’s working. Real solutions emerge not from being right on day one but from listening, learning, and evolving with your users.
