Now think about the things you can concurrently do or accomplish without getting stuck. It may be one at a time or many at a time, but it should have flow not get stuck like a traffic jam where you can’t even move any of those

So, you’re motivated by different things, as we saw from the last poll, but no one ever seems to say satisfied. Is it because you’re not at a point where you can feel satisfied yet? Or is there something holding you back… or maybe you’re holding yourself back?

Some of you have been DMing me, which is awesome! I might even share a few insights I’ve gained from those direct messages with everyone.

There is a concept called constraint or bottleneck. I’m not much familiar with it, but there’s also TOC, which stands for Theory of Constraints. It says there is always a bottleneck in our system, and it determines our productivity. Even if we have very nice and well-equipped machines, it doesn’t make our productivity go higher unless we really focus on the constraint and try to optimize it. That thing might only account for 10% of our system, but it determines the whole thing.

So, what I can say is, you should always find the bottleneck and constraint in yourself and try to optimize it, so everything else can flow smoothly with it

There’s something like "survivorship bias" and the "just-world hypothesis" where winners believe they succeeded purely due to their hard work, overlooking luck or chance.

you can search for it and read more on it if you dont know it already but...

my question is when you achieve something what do you think the probability that it is more by luck than hard work? (even if u worked hard )
