There is absolutely nothing I see to not be grateful for. We are all have different bodies, shapes and sizes. We all have things which make us feel self-conscious but there is beauty in each of our bodies.

Gratitude is all a matter of perspective and what we focus our attention upon. We each have the power and ability to focus on the things in our lives or about ourselves or about others which make us unhappy or angry or disappointed. We all each have the ability to learn to slow down all the judgement and look at the beautiful, pleasant, happy, wonderful things which make up our lives. Nothing changes outside us when we do this but everything changes within when we do.
