"At the root of most humans beings suffering is this idea that they are not worthy or that they are not enough. We look for evidence consciously and unconsciously to validate this belief we hold about ourselves. When someone hurts us it’s less the act of what they did that is painful but the thoughts that it brings up in our minds about ourselves. Our sense of “who we are” completely personalizes the impersonal experience of being human.

Many of us learn to take responsibility and identify with suffering that is part of this human condition, taking personally the actions of others who are half to fully sleepwalking amongst us through this dream state of reality.

But the deeper we go into ourselves and the more we give love and unconditional presence to our body; the more we will discover that there is a basic goodness to ourselves that rests behind all these ideas we have about who we are. Behind our false personality and all it’s barriers is a softness, a lightness, a humour. This is the true essence of who we are, yet our disconnected relationship within ourselves makes it so that we barely consciously access it.

You have the right to be as you are; you are always learning, growing, changing, as your soul evolves into its individual experience into the collective supersoul. In essence of simply being here is evidence that you are enough, but funnily most of the thoughts that make you think that you aren’t have brought you out of that present moment in which you can experience gratitude for the souls evolutionary path.

Not only that, to diffuse the suffering within and that we experience from others we must learn how to demonstrate compassion: compassion for ourselves and the pain we feel, and compassion for others for what they feel. This means that it is useful to drop blame and self judgment merely because it only makes our journey much harder, because not only do we feel punished by taking personally the pain of difficult experiences, we further unnecessarily punish ourselves by blaming and shaming ourselves for having these difficult experiences.

No matter what the circumstance there is a divine love within us waiting to open like a flower bud, this love is universal and sees beyond right and wrong, and this love has already forgiven us for everything that we feel makes us feel that something is wrong within us.

You are enough. You are exactly where you need to be.

There is nothing more incredibly liberating than when we when we learn to be ourselves, accept ourselves, and to embrace our human experience, opening us into a higher cosmic experience beyond our small limited sense of who or what we are."

Commonly, the vital desires he obeys are connected with the sex impulses, but very often too he yields to the desire for fame and consideration, the desire for food or any other desire that is on the same vital level; whatever does not belong to this category is closely questioned and scrutinised, grudgingly admitted and most often refused help in the end.

In those who are slaves of vital beings, the desire for truth and light and spiritual achievement, even if it at all touches them, cannot balance the desire for money. To win money from their hands for the Divine means to fight the devil out of them; you have first to conquer or convert the vital being whom they serve, and it is not an easy task.

Men who are under the sway of vital creatures can change from a life of ease, cast away enjoyment and become intensely ascetic and yet remain just as wicked as ever and even by the change turn worse than before.”
