No shortcuts, nor magic pills but consistency with sincerity will bring results:

"The thing I’ve realized about doing psychospiritual coaching for 8+ years is in this instant gratification era, a lot of people starting inner work come in expecting radical overnight changes. A quick fix. They expect to do one retreat, a ceremony, a program or a few sessions of therapy and suddenly their life is fixed. And when it isn’t, they have to find someone to blame. And the cycle of disempowerment continues.

And while radical change CAN happen *occasionally*, I have found the most profound changes are the ones that we don’t notice because they happen little by little and in such small increments that you don’t even notice anything…until one day suddenly you wake up and you’re a different person, with a whole different life, with more conscious relationships, and finally you love yourself more, and you’re living your life on purpose rather than on autopilot. (This happened to me!)

So this is a post to celebrate those making those little changes. I see you out there trying to be a better human and I thank you for showing up with your whole heart trying to make the world a better place through taking responsibility for the only one you CAN change - which is You.

A meditation teacher once told me “when you think a lot is happening, nothing is happening. And when you think nothing is happening, A LOT is happening.”
Here’s to the ones who think “nothing is happening” and they aren’t making changes, but who are being planted as seeds to blossom into a new version of you."
