When we lead our life purpose from a space of deficiency, the “I am not enough” programming (a belief which most likely develops as a result of certain core needs of being appreciated and connected to for who we are not being met as children), we will ultimately keep coming against experiences that will remind us of this core belief because this is the unconscious driver behind our actions in the world—and reality will keep mirroring that back to us. The more you hold onto a core belief that “you are not enough”, the more you will end up feeling dissatisfied, overwhelmed, heartbroken by life, because you will keep meeting situations that will guide you back to this part of yourself. Often, we will even perceive situations completely far from reality because we are so unconsciously fixated on this belief and finding proof that corresponds to the core belief we hold inside. We are protecting that false belief and the pain that is associated with it being "discovered". This part of us is based on wounding and not who we truly are—which is based on Essence.

Brene Brown has a different definition of Wholeheartedness which I really like, she defines it as: engaging with the world from a place of Worthiness. When we lead from the space of "I am enough" (not because we are perfect but because we know we are intrinsically a child of the Divine and only a fractal of this crazy play we call Reality) we welcome ourselves to show up exactly as we are.

In fact, showing up as exactly who are you, your perceived “flaws” and all, is exactly how you will see yourself clearly while also channelling your inherent brilliance. The issue when we hide parts of ourselves is that we end up even hiding them from ourselves, burying them in the subconscious while they wreak havoc in our external lives. We also end up hiding our light as well, as we are censoring our authentic selves so that no one discovers who we truly are.

Leading with our whole hearts must begin from this inner-standing of “I am worthy to be here”. In fact, the “I” in us that doesn’t believe it’s worthy is the limited, egotistical, mindset, that thinks that “it” is the doer of things. The “I” that is worthy is your essence, it is also the part of you that is connected with All so it is not exactly you, which is great, because it is much more powerful than the small “you” could ever imagine. When we lead from our wholehearted place we claim our inherent worthiness outside of the small self and step into the larger Self. You are enough. I am enough. And who is the “I” that is enough, anyway?

For the first time since this plandemic started, in over a year, I wore a mask for longer than 5 minutes [had to bring our puppy to the Vet for a regular check-up and didn't want to make a fuss about the required mask for the sake of our dog].

I feel tremendous compassion for any workers in the public who "have to" wear a mask. Wearing a mask for longer periods is completely restricting O2 flow to the brain and the entire body. Even after only 5 minutes, I felt a bit dizzy and nauseous. I also felt my fight&flight nervous system getting activated, sensing a slight panic response in my entire body, my muscles tightening up and I even started hyperventilating from my upper chest since I wasn't able to take deep breaths due to lack of clean air and not an efficient amount of O2. It also started to get me out of body.

Now, I'm very sensitive and very much in tune with my body and anything that goes against my body's health, my body's wisdom/intelligence tells me right away and it was rejecting the mask completely because it is not only useless but UNHEALTHY. Let's not even get into the bacteria and microbes people keep breathing in that are accumulated on the mask they're wearing.

On a psychological level, it is Trauma-inducing as well. Most people are so out of touch with their bodies that they actually won't notice these symptoms at all and hence don't think it's a big deal to wear a mask. They'll notice the repercussions in years from now for the body does NOT forget.

I also say it again, making children wear masks is child abuse. Plain and simple. The younger the child, the more sensitive it is and the more tune it is with its body and the environment. That's why most children reject masks right away unless the brainwashed parents force them to wear them and brainwash their children with the MSM/CDC lies about masks.

That's how trauma is being installed and the mind control/brainwashing is transferred from parent to child. Decades from now, these children will have to deal with the "Mask Trauma". Anyone how thinks it's not as bad and may even laugh about this serious issue, it either brainwashed beyond hope, infected with irrational fear from the C_vid Cult, or a Sociopath/Psychopath.

ANYONE who is embodied and has a healthy relationship to his/her body, being able to listen to its wisdom and signals WILL REJECT a mask for the body KNOWS.

If you HAVE to wear a mask due to your profession and are at risk of losing your job if you refuse to wear one, make sure to get breathing breaks without a mask and/or chose a "fake" mask [with big holes] so you can breathe better or at least wear it under your nose so you can breathe through your nose without restriction. Having said that, you may also want to use the opportunity to look for a new job and/or self-actualize and become your own boss. There is always a silver lining that can help us to empower ourselves but it will push us out of our comfort zone.

None of the masks work. It even says it on certain packages of the surgical masks. It has never been scientifically proven. Moreover, there is no threat without a mask.
