We all have developmental trauma to varying degrees that we need to heal, even if we have blocked it out due to our head-centric living. People often misuse the word occult and equate it with evil or demonic practices. Occult means hidden, and it comes from the Latin word occultāre. It is not evil or good, it’s completely neutral. So, when people say I was deep in the occult, they are saying they were deep in the hidden.
