The most direct path to the Divine for me has been through inner child work, retrieving the exiled, shunned, & neglected parts of myself, integrating the soul fragments to reconnect to the joy of the inner child which reflects the pure unconditional joy of the soul being in its natural state - Ananda.

It entails lots of grieving work, crying tears of pain and shame, breaking through every defense built over lifetimes.
As the Divine Grace descends melting all armor in the process, the true Self emerges and the tears of suffering become tears of joy for just Being as I'm being held, guided and protected by the Divine Mother for she is the Mother of all.
