In light of the UFO Hearings, here's something I wrote 13 years ago when I was researching this topic in depth:
The Secret World of Alien Abductions
A very important issue, which many supporters of the “benevolent alien scenario” seem to miss, distort or deny completely, is the topic of Alien Abductions. For the layman who has never looked into it seriously, it may be a topic to make fun of, but anyone who has ever researched that field and worked with abductees knows that the picture is not very funny.
There is a High Strangeness to this whole abduction phenomenon which is hard to explain. Many abductions are not that obvious since there can be astral body and soul extractions as opposed to physical abductions, and can only be retraced through hypnosis.
The aliens seem to have the ability to mind-control their victim, erase memory, manipulate space and time, as well as implant certain thoughts, emotions (everything from bliss to indifference), and even false memories of what really went on in an abduction (screen memory) with a hyperspace-technology that makes our technology look like the Stone Age.
Some abductions have been reported fully conscious without hypnosis, and there seem to be many similarities between the stories of thousands of reported abduction cases worldwide (this is NOT just a US phenomenon), independently showing a rather disturbing picture.[...]
Dr. Rick Strassman, author of “DMT – The Spirit Molecule,” hypothesizes that Alien Abductions are brought on by the accidental release of DMT produced by the pineal gland inside the brain.
While conducting DMT research in the 1990s at the University of New Mexico, Dr. Strassman advanced the theory that a massive release of DMT from the pineal gland prior to death or near death was the cause of the near-death experience (NDE) phenomenon.
Several of his test subjects reported NDE-like audio or visual hallucinations, while others also reported contact with ‘other beings’, alien-like, insectoid, or reptilian in nature, in highly advanced technological environments where the subjects were ‘carried,’ ‘probed,’ ‘tested,’ ‘manipulated,’ ‘dismembered,’ ‘taught,’ ‘loved’ and even ‘raped’ by these ‘beings’.
It is interesting to note how similar the accounts of his test subjects (who were administered DMT intravenously) are in comparison to what can be found in abduction research. DMT certainly is a Mystery molecule that seems to open doorways to another world/reality. However, Strassman’s theory that abduction experiences are caused by the accidental release of DMT seems to be short-sighted when taking a closer look into the Alien abductions scenario.
A respected researcher and abductee herself had been Karla Turner, Ph.D. She authored three books on the abduction phenomenon, “Into the Fringe” (1992), “Taken” (1994), and “Masquerade of Angels” (1994). Dr. Karla Turner died of a strange fast-acting cancer in 1996, after being threatened for her work. She was just 48 years old.
Dr. Turner confirmed the work of other abduction researchers. However, she thinks that the creation of a Hybrid race is not the whole picture, as there are many cases of abductions that show different behaviors and agendas. She really must have “struck a chord”, as she was harassed by agents and military alike throughout her life until her death. According to her research, Dr. Turner believes that humans are being used as a “resource” by these aliens in many ways:
“The evidence shows that the aliens do harvest from us in a number of ways, emotionally and energetically as well as physically. There are even reported scenarios of facilities in which human bodies are “processed,” and many such reports come from people unfamiliar with ufological literature.”
Since most abductions are not remembered consciously, there are millions of abductions world-wide of people who have not the slightest idea that they had been abducted.

Dreams and issues of missing time can be hints that an abduction has actually occurred. Sometimes people remember later in life, after 30 to 50 years or so, that something like an abduction had occurred in earlier in life. Hypnotic regression can then help to uncover more. However, there is also physical evidence at times, such as body marks (geometric-like imprints into the skin), and there are conscious recollections without the need for hypnosis.
According to abductees’ stories, most abductions are performed by the typical Gray alien (which has become a “pop culture icon” thanks to Hollywood). Sometimes there are “Reptilian” and “humanoid” (called Nordics) entities present who seem to oversee such procedures.
Some people believe that abductions are performed because these aliens are dying, claiming that they need our DNA and, in that sense, “we’re helping them”. On the opposite hand, some supporters of the benevolent alien scenario suggest that abductions and genetic manipulation of humans happen on purpose for our benefit in order to upgrade our DNA for “the Shift”.
However, this assumption doesn’t hold up in light of the overall research and merely downplays the abduction phenomena by painting an “inferior”, “innocent” image of the aliens or seeing them as “saviors”.
According to Dr. Karla Turner, the Gray aliens seem to be biogenetic robots performing assigned/programmed tasks but are not “in charge” nor a “race” on their own. They seem to be biogenetic slave robots under the control of higher ranking negative alien forces.[...]
It seems that this “Secret Government,” a.k.a Military Industrial Complex (which is in possession of alien technology and is somewhat involved with these Non-Terrestrial forces on some level), is not fully in control but is themselves “duped” by these “visitors.”
Looking into military abduction accounts (MILAB), researched by Dr. Karla Turner, she has reports by people (one of them her husband ) who have been abducted regularly by aliens and then also started to get abducted by “military” personnel, who then questioned the abductees about what the aliens want from them and what they conveyed to them.
Whatever is going on, the alien forces seem to have their own agenda and are not just in “partnership” with the secret government. Deception is the name of the game, not only through the Secret Government/Military Industrial Complex but also through the aliens themselves.
Military abductions are happening, but they seem to have a different purpose than what Steven Greer suggested. He believes that all abductions are simply staged by the Military to give the Aliens/ET’s a “bad name.”
Abductees and contactees seem to get duped by their “alien friends” as well, being told they’re “special” and they have certain important “functions” to perform in the coming future.
What needs to be kept in mind is that these beings are able to create virtual realities, trigger emotions, and implant thoughts. They can play any scenario to make the abductee feel as if it is a “spiritual” experience. Hence many contactees claim these aliens are benevolent. Never mind the fact that abductions happen against the free will of the person, to begin with.
Many times they’re being shown images/virtual realities of cataclysms/earth changes and what they are supposed to do when this happens as if they’re being “programmed” for some event.
Some abductees claim that they have been given permission for abduction through their unconscious mind and have developed a kind of “Stockholm Syndrome“, worshiping their abductors.
Other people, like ex-presidential candidate Kucinich, reported they felt this “love” when they had a UFO sighting. Well, looking a bit deeper into it all, a “feeling of love” is by no means an indication that these are benevolent beings, especially when they seem to be able to induce emotional states into humans at will. We can easily be emotionally manipulated, and we can be very impressionable beings.

The Necessary Foundation of Holistic Self-Work
There has been a great imbalance occurring when people engage in self-work these days on the path toward awakening.
On one hand, there are many people who only focus on psychological work, dismissing or not being aware of the spiritual reality that we are part of even beyond this lifetime.
Psychological work alone without aspiration to the Divine/connecting to Essence also usually ends up “digging in the mud” without an end in sight and is just symptom management.
Psychological work also needs to go beyond “talk therapy” or intellectual “analysis,” getting caught up in the “story” but processed somatically through the body, preparing the vessel for the Divine to come through, bringing forth the True Self/Essence.
In fact, you [and your intellect] can fool yourself that you have healed any issues by intellectually understanding the cause and reason of what happened [the story], but your body is still holding on to it.
On the other hand, there are many people who tend to only focus on spiritual practices without engaging in the necessary basic psychological work and shadow work to heal their childhood wounds and traumas.
This leads to what is termed as “spiritual bypassing”— using spiritual techniques to bypass our human experience.
Spiritual work also needs to go beyond trying to “transcend” the world via escapism but anchoring the Divine right here into our life and body without retreating anywhere but becoming spiritual warriors in service of the Divine.
It’s not either/or; it is both integral and holistic, working on all levels.
And thirdly, we have people who do spiritual work and/or psychological work but are completely unaware of the matrix forces on a 3D level as well as the 4D occult (hidden) forces that are a part of our multidimensional reality.
These hidden forces are what greatly impact and influence the direction of our lives and of all of humanity in general.

The topic of psychic attacks, occult forces & entities has become more popular lately.
Yet, my husband Bernhard & I have watched many use this topic as a way to avoid taking responsibility and immediately move to blame “entities" as the source of their psychological and emotional problems:
Here's a thread debunking 3 common misconceptions:
1/ What many think is a dark force attacking them are often split off aspects of their shadow. The longer you split off aspects of your own shadow, the more hostile & feral those parts become. Your shadow parts becoming hostile to you can feel very much like a "psychic attack"
2/ Trauma in the body can also make your nervous system stuck in hypervigilance, paranoia, and fear. This can make you feel like you are being psychically attacked. It's important to do necessary trauma healing work before assuming that you're being attacked by an occult force.
3/We all have different sub-personalities or parts within us. Similar to a split-off shadow part, these parts can become hostile, esp. when they're wounded & split off from consciousness. What many think is a dark force attacking them is often a split-off part of their own psyche
Israel Regardie, the occultist & magician believed you needed years of psychological training before entering the magical path.
I would agree. I've seen ppl lose their minds getting into topics like psychic attacks/occult forces, be they're not grounded in psychological training
The cure for this is to engage in sincere inner work before jumping to conclusions.
Shadow work, parts work, & trauma healing are fundamental tools.
Sincere inner work will help you become grounded in the light of your true self, which is the ultimate source of protection.

Yet, my husband Bernhard & I have watched many use this topic as a way to avoid taking responsibility and immediately move to blame “entities" as the source of their psychological and emotional problems:
Here's a thread debunking 3 common misconceptions:
1/ What many think is a dark force attacking them are often split off aspects of their shadow. The longer you split off aspects of your own shadow, the more hostile & feral those parts become. Your shadow parts becoming hostile to you can feel very much like a "psychic attack"
2/ Trauma in the body can also make your nervous system stuck in hypervigilance, paranoia, and fear. This can make you feel like you are being psychically attacked. It's important to do necessary trauma healing work before assuming that you're being attacked by an occult force.
3/We all have different sub-personalities or parts within us. Similar to a split-off shadow part, these parts can become hostile, esp. when they're wounded & split off from consciousness. What many think is a dark force attacking them is often a split-off part of their own psyche

I would agree. I've seen ppl lose their minds getting into topics like psychic attacks/occult forces, be they're not grounded in psychological training
The cure for this is to engage in sincere inner work before jumping to conclusions.
Shadow work, parts work, & trauma healing are fundamental tools.
Sincere inner work will help you become grounded in the light of your true self, which is the ultimate source of protection.

"When you make a mistake because you don’t know that it is a mistake, through ignorance, it is obvious that when you learn that it is a mistake, when the ignorance has gone, and you have goodwill, you don’t make the mistake anymore, and so you come out of the condition in which you could make it.
But if you know it is a mistake and make it, this means that there is something perverse in you that has deliberately chosen to be on the side of confusion or bad will or even the anti-divine forces.

This means that somewhere something has been corrupted: either an [occult] adverse force is already established in you, or else you have an innate sympathy for these forces. And it is much more difficult to correct that than to correct an ignorance.
Correcting an ignorance is like eliminating darkness: you light a lamp, and the darkness disappears. But to make a mistake once again when you know it is a mistake is as if someone lighted a lamp and you deliberately put it out.
That corresponds exactly to bringing the darkness back deliberately. For the argument of weakness does not hold. The divine Grace is always there to help those who have decided to correct themselves, and they cannot say, “I am too weak to correct myself.”
They can say that they still haven’t taken the resolution to correct themselves, that somewhere in the being, there is something that has not decided to do it, and that is what is serious.
The argument of weakness is an excuse. The [Divine] Grace is there to give the supreme strength to whoever takes the resolution.
That means an insincerity; it does not mean a weakness. And insincerity is always an open door for the adversary. That means there is some secret sympathy with what is perverse. And that is what is serious.
In the case of ignorance, which is to be enlightened, it is enough, as I said, to light the lamp. In the case of conscious relapse, what is necessary is a cauterization."

In that sense, you can literally get rid of entity attachments and interferences without removing the entity itself, which would be just symptom management anyway. All occult/psychic attacks and entity interferences can only have an impact if there is something within you that responds to it, consciously or unconsciously.

One of the hidden ways the mind virus (wetiko) can work within ourselves is through self-censorship.
This self-censorship causes us to not speak up or share our gifts and our light with the world because we are scared of what people might say or think.
We censor ourselves before the words even get out.
This is how wetiko (the mind virus) works by infecting our minds.
Speaking an unpopular opinion takes work. Sharing your true talents in a world riddled with shame, envy, and mediocrity makes you an easy target for others' misery.
No one said becoming the person you are meant to be would be easy.
These trials you face on the road need to be looked at as tests. You can see them as INITIATIONS.
Most people will not even rise to the challenge.
They will never do something courageous.
Most people will choose the easy path, the path of least resistance.
They will go along with what the crowd expects because it feels safer and more secure.
There is a high price to pay for this…
The cost is losing yourself in the process.
The cost is living a lie that will slowly eat your soul up from the inside over time.
When you don't live in alignment with who you really are, you may overlook the cost at first, but it will add up with time. The eventual bill that will come is the cost of never discovering all you could be because you are scared of showing yourself to the world.
The path of awakening means you are willing to become fully engaged with life. You are authentic. You are alive.
The difficulties you encounter when you learn to show up truthfully are PART OF YOUR PATH.
The more you face these challenges without backing down, the more you will be transformed.
When you censor yourself, you drain yourself of life force and vitality and the energy you need to make anything valuable happen. You have dimmed your light before it even had the chance to shine.
When you show up as who you truly are on the inside, unafraid, shining your light for all to see, you say YES to life, expand your consciousness, and become a beacon of light for others to do the same.
