“The solution to all the suffering and the world’s problems happens via inner transformation, to find the kingdom within first, which is our true self and divine essence. However, most of humanity doesn’t listen, and we keep externalizing everything as we live under the illusion that the external world is separate from us.
And so, most of humanity is distracted by the shadows on the wall, like in Plato’s allegory of the cave. Or we fight illusory windmills like Don Quixote, the main character in Miguel de Cervantes’ novel, who mistakenly believes windmills are giant enemies.
He charges at the windmills with his lance, signifying a futile fight against an imaginary, illusory threat. Now, these windmills symbolize the content of our fragmented unconscious and shadow projected externally.
In other words, we tend to fight our own inner division projected on the world stage. This is pure madness and insanity. Yet this state of being or state of consciousness in our world is normalized, and we justify it simply as human nature.
And like Stockholm syndrome, people are caught up in the drama triangle of victim, persecutor, and rescuer, with a person taking on any of these three roles throughout their lives in a closed loop. Hence, nothing really changes on a significant level. It just rearranges in different appearances.”

For example, say you are thinking of an idea one day, and then someone randomly mentions to you the next day a book that mentions that same idea without you mentioning you were thinking of this earlier.
Have the courage to follow these signs, even if they lead you into the unknown, as they serve to guide you on your own personal hero/heroine’s journey.
When in doubt, follow what inspires you and pay attention to clues in your environment. A hidden hand will always help if you open your heart and your inner knowing (intuition), which will allow you to see more clearly than your mind alone can see.
As you change within, so does your environment. You are not separate from this world but in a complex web of intelligent forces which can help guide you toward your destiny.”

“The moment a thought arises, it creates a subtle vibration in motion in the mental and emotional field. These vibrations tend to crystallize and take form as an etheric thought form.
I can produce a thought form right now by thinking very intensely about something, and the more emotional charge I put into it, the more energy I put into that thought form. A clear and focused thought produces a more coherent form, whereas a confused or emotionally charged thought produces a distorted one.
Once formed, these thought forms do not remain confined to an individual; they can travel through the mental atmosphere. They can live in your home, they can travel through different environments and interact with other thought forms in the environment.
They interact with other human beings, and they’ll influence the moods, impulses, decisions, and actions, often without conscious awareness.
And when we talk about telepathy, we’re really talking about someone picking up on a thought form that’s in the room. So telepathy is basically us picking up on someone else’s thought forms.
We have these thought forms circulating constantly in the atmosphere around us. Most people will just pick them up, identify with them, and assume that’s my own thought. Without having that inner stillness and discrimination, you will become an open field for random, habitual, and sometimes very negative thoughts that are in the environment.

I can produce a thought form right now by thinking very intensely about something, and the more emotional charge I put into it, the more energy I put into that thought form. A clear and focused thought produces a more coherent form, whereas a confused or emotionally charged thought produces a distorted one.
Once formed, these thought forms do not remain confined to an individual; they can travel through the mental atmosphere. They can live in your home, they can travel through different environments and interact with other thought forms in the environment.
They interact with other human beings, and they’ll influence the moods, impulses, decisions, and actions, often without conscious awareness.
And when we talk about telepathy, we’re really talking about someone picking up on a thought form that’s in the room. So telepathy is basically us picking up on someone else’s thought forms.
We have these thought forms circulating constantly in the atmosphere around us. Most people will just pick them up, identify with them, and assume that’s my own thought. Without having that inner stillness and discrimination, you will become an open field for random, habitual, and sometimes very negative thoughts that are in the environment.

But what if most of what moves through your mind isn't yours at all?
The mind functions less like a generator and more like a receiver and transmitter, constantly interacting with what occult teachings call elementals.
Every thought and emotion generates and sustains a subtle energetic formation in the astral and etheric realms, contributing to the collective psychic environment we all inhabit.
On a collective level, these formations crystallize into egregores that influence groups, movements, and entire societies.
Many egregores are fueled by shadow material.
Rage, envy, jealousy, hatred, greed, anger, and the unintegrated instinctual drives, especially the sexual impulse of the lower nature that is suppressed in most people, are projected outward and collectively reinforced.
Many of the thoughts, desires, goals, and beliefs people identify with are not truly their own but are unconsciously absorbed from these collective fields and mistaken for their own.

Trying to "manifest" from conditioned thought patterns and suppressed emotions can create karmic consequences for lifetimes to come and potentially create traps of agreement with occult forces.
Unprocessed and suppressed emotions do not go away.
They harden in the body-mind, creating tension and densifying the life force, which turns into toxic Qi, like sludge, serving as a feeding pool for lower astral beings, just as mosquitoes are drawn to the stagnant water of a swamp.
This also feeds and attracts unconscious thought-forms from other humans who match the vibration, densifying the shadow and infusing you with beliefs and desires you mistake as your own.
This shadow becomes darker and harder to liquefy and transmute as one ages, if there is a lack of conscious shadow integration.
This is why trying to "stay positive" while ignoring what is unresolved and suppressed often makes things worse.
The real antidote is individuation.
Psychological maturity, somatic shadow integration, and a conscious relationship to one's inner life break the spell of hive-mind consciousness, break down unconscious armor in the body, and open the door to genuine, original, creative thinking.
Once you are aligned with the real "I" and can clearly distinguish what comes from within versus what enters from the outside, there is no need to try to "manifest" anything.
Life begins to organize itself as a natural reflection of who you truly are, aligned with your dharma and soul purpose. As a result, positive thoughts and emotions arise naturally from the inner state of your true Self.

But the only way out is in and through.

“There are many people with a wounded inner child who decide to identify with a new “spiritual identity” to mask their pain. The new “spiritual identity” is seen as a “savior” to that wounded inner child.
The wounded child creates a fantasy self to save them in the form of their new idealized spiritual self.
Perhaps they now identify as a “Starseed,” “ascended master”, or claim they now live “in 5D”, but meanwhile, unconsciously, this need to be seen as “special” is being driven by childhood trauma where their light wasn’t seen or acknowledged.
Therefore, later in life, there is a deep unresolved developmental need for the wounded inner child to adopt a “special identity” where they hope others will recognize them as special in the way their early caregivers didn’t.
The problem with this is both the wounded inner child and the false spiritual self end up cut off from the true self. It’s a compensation to avoid the truth.
This wounded inner child’s alliance with a new, shiny, but false spiritual identity is the basis of a lot of spiritual materialism/bypassing we see in the world.
To heal this, you need to witness the childhood wounds that felt the need to create a false spiritual identity so you can return home to the truth of who you are and develop the real “I” (the aware observer).
We are all special but also human. We are divine but also human. We cannot “transcend” without including the depths of our human experience and all the wounds that made us who we are.”

“This old era is going to die, and the new one will arrive, but it’s not going to arrive without chaos. All the institutions collapsing, the public distrust we see in government, the polarization, are all part of us being pushed into a total restructuring, and it’s not about fixing this old left/right system.
It’s about the death of an old way, purification of what exists, and a rebirth at a civilizational level. It’s not going be easy or painless, just as winter is the darkest season and it marks the end of the year, we are really entering the end of an era.
Just as the leaves must fall to make room for new growth, the leaves of this current civilization must fall to make room for the next era that we will be entering.
We need not fear the process of change, both individually and collectively, because the Fourth Turning emphasizes that life moves in a saeculum, a great circle. In the West, we have this illusion of linear progress where we’re either going linearly up or linearly down, and the circle is about wholeness; there’s going to be a life, death, and rebirth process.
And most importantly, there’s a sense of continuity here that after every winter we have a spring and a summer and a fall again, and we’re just moving through these cycles.
If we want to move into this next phase, both personally and collectively, we need to let go of what needs to be released, purifying aspects of our lives, individually and collectively, that need to be purified, and allowing anything that’s not built on something real to collapse.”
