The body knows what to do with the energy but only when I do not interfere.

Thus, the pain gets worse; it gets magnified.
But if I simply stand in the pain, not doing, sensing the body and the pain, then the body transforms the energy.

By identification I feed the pain; by observing without judgment and standing in the pain, sensing it in the body, it feeds me: this is a meta-physical equation.

People have objected to me "attacking people on our side."
Allow me to explain my philosophy:
I've never considered myself a member of the truther community. Before I began studying Q's posts, I never cared about vaccines, chemtrails, the illuminati or the deep state. (How else would he have such information?) More BS claims and more lies I have to debunk when people ask me if they're true.
Many of these people have never read the posts. (How many decode videos have they done?) They don't care about Q or our movement. They discuss Q because it's a popular subject and they know they can grow their audience by talking about Q. It's the same tactic used by Infowars.
As long as these people are spreading lies about Q, I'm going to call them what they are—liars.
If their lies give you hope, if their false predictions provide comfort, that's your business.

“10 years ago today I was addicted to painkillers, deeply traumatized, and didn't feel there was any way out of the situation I was in except to try and kill myself.

I told them no, I wanted to get off all the drugs—and they convinced me that it was "safer" to do it this way. It actually felt basically the same as the drugs I was on before and my body got addicted to that too.

Not one of these experts spoke to me about trauma.
Not one of these experts asked me about the experiences I had lately that brought me into their office.
Not one of these experts asked me about my family history, my relationships, my diet (I was barely eating those days), or even how I was feeling lately.

My life turned around when I stopped trusting the experts and started trusting my own body. My life turned around when I started to explore holistic methods for healing, starting with my physical body, then working on my emotional body, then working on my spiritual body.

My life turned around when I realized the cure for the pain was in FACING THE PAIN.

So no, I'm not going to be peer pressured into trusting the experts again.

I am not going to be peer pressured into taking the experimental medical treatments that these “experts” are pushing.

I've seen someone who was supposed to be one of the best psychiatrists in the country, and while I was telling him my stories of feeling terrified all the time, especially around men (I had just been sexually abused) he didn't even look at me as he scribbled on his pad and paper a prenoscription for FOUR different types of psychiatric drugs. I was 23.

That was one of the many moments for me when I realized many of these "health" experts in this modern world were not only not helping me, but they were causing serious harm.

I will not be peer pressured into taking medication my body doesn't need ever again.

I will not trust the experts, but I will trust in my own body's intelligence and capacity for healing instead.
