“I took the first jab of AZ and straight away had severe reactions which lasted ten days," Clapton wrote in the letter, according to the magazine. "I recovered eventually and was told it would be twelve weeks before the second one…"
He added that "about six weeks later I was offered and took the second AZ shot, but with a little more knowledge of the dangers. Needless to say the reactions were disastrous, my hands and feet were either frozen, numb or burning, and pretty much useless for two weeks, I feared I would never play again," Rolling Stone said.

We all have our “get me off this f%#*+@g planet NOW” moments, I suspect. I have plenty. Many of us are isolated and have nobody to hold us in the moment until we recentre ourselves and calm down. We act out our craziest coping strategies. Our unconscious veers between salvation and destruction. The contradiction between a “life saving” medication being a death dealing crime is pure insanity. Every family and community is stressed. Nearly all trusted institutions are treacherous. And that’s how it is. It takes time to process it all and realign with the enormity of the change. Expectations have to adjust; nobody is having an easy time if they understand what is happening.

Being put into Facebook jail has been kind of a blessing, although I don’t agree with the reasons for it at all.
For those who don’t know, I’m on a 30 day Facebook ban because of posting Christine Northrups post about how covid vaccines death are currently greater than actual covid deaths (not “covid related deaths” which includes comorbidities which have greatly inflated the numbers). Pretty terrifying how just sharing official data from the CDC and vaers got me put into Facebook jail, but in other eras they used to burn and kill people for speaking out so I guess it’s not so bad.
Lol.
The good news is that the ban has given a lot more time to focus on our holistic group coaching program Embodied Soul Awakening, which eventually will be a flagship self paced course that will contain the bulk of Bernhard’s and I’s work together.
Right now we are doing the program only with private groups, where we coach everyone in a group container, and it’s by application only—but eventually it will be its own self paced course that anyone can sign up for.
I feel deeply inspired with taking away time/energy from Facebook and instead putting all of my creative energy into creating a killer psycho-spiritual-esoteric program that can help a lot of people during this time of transition.
