Many don't understand how the care worker 'mandate' is still causing all kinds of problems... including MPs

This is a screenshot of an actual response from an MP to a Together supporter

One problem is that lots of employers still say 'no jab, no job.'

This is legally questionable, but still happening in practice

And - contrary to what this MP suggests - the issue is not that people are 'leaving' as a result of the 'mandate' now, but that the damage has already been done, with 40,000 experienced staff forced out

Due to some employers saying 'no jab, no job,' many of these staff couldn't get back into the care sector even if they wanted to
