This is an explosive set of accusations - FOIs show Oxfordshire County Council deliberately suppressed Report that showed the 'bus filter' system (linked to 15 min city) would be detrimental : pls see thread,

We have event in Oxford his eve, but this renders 'consultation' moribund and the issue of 'consultations' and engagement is paramount with ULEZ and LTNs across UK

The council’s new chief executive must now intervene as a matter of urgency to restore public trust in county hall & the consultations it runs
