C40 Cities are extremely well-funded by "green" billionaires, undemocratic, unaccountable & push even more extreme policies than Net Zero

As with UK100 (a similar organisation targeting local councils) there seems a clear goal of forcing extreme policies, such as anti-car measures, through at local level where resistance is more easily overwhelmed
