Country singer warns against rioting in small towns
Country music singer Jason Aldean has released a new song Try that in a small town, hinting that BLM and Antifa protesters won't get far in any small town.
"Cuss out a cop, spit in his face. Stomp on the flag and light it up. Yeah, ya think you're tough," Aldean sings. "Well, try that in a small town. See how far ya make it down the road. Around here, we take care of our own. You cross that line, it won't take long. For you to find out, I recommend you don't."
Liberals, of course, went crazy over this song. Some of them even decided the song was actually about lynching, since the video was filmed in front of the courthouse where a white mob killed a black man in 1927.
Country Music TV (CMT) got very scared and took the video off the air. Meanwhile, the song hit No. 1 on US iTunes.
So, the left doesn't like a song urging people not to loot, burn cars or wreak havoc. That makes perfect sense.

Google develops A.I. tool that is able to write news articles
Google is developing a product that will use A.I. technology to create news stories. The company is already pitching it to some news organizations, such as The New York Times, The Washington Post and News Corp. The working noscript for the product is Genesis.
Are we entering a world where government-affiliated and left-wing media outlets will be able to produce content at the speed of light? That seems pretty alarming.

🇬🇧Rishi Sunak apologises to LGBT veterans for past armed forces gay ban
Rishi Sunak has apologised for the historical treatment of LGBT veterans who were sacked or forced out of the military for being gay. The PM called the ban an "appalling failure" of the British state.
It was illegal to be gay in the British military until 2000 - with thousands of veterans thought to be affected.
Rishi Sunak said: "Many endured the most horrific sexual abuse and violence, homophobic bullying and harassment all while bravely serving this country."
Affected veterans will now be able to receive a financial reward and have their pension rights and medals restored.
Sunak is trying to stay on top of the agenda.

Portland county spends tax dollars to teach addicts how to do drugs
In June, the Multnomah County Health Department spent over $84,000 on paraphernalia for local drug users.
Part of that money went towards purchasing different types of pipes, including stem, bubble, hammer, and meth varieties, totaling $42,966.
A further $21,613 was spent on nearly 200,000 copper scouring pads and brass screens, while $7,250 went towards aluminum foil.
More than $8,000 was spent on objects aimed at protecting users from bloodborne illnesses, including $6,820 for rubber mouthpieces and $1,389 on chapstick.
Among the items purchased using taxpayer dollars was a guide teaching addicts how to inject substances up their anus, a practice known as "boofing."
Despite pushback from residents concerned with soaring overdose rates, the health department purchased the supplies, but tensions later arose, forcing officials to temporarily suspend the program.

Iris scanning could become an online authentication tool
Alex Blania, CEO of Worldcoin, believes that billions of people will have to scan their iris as a means of authentication online.
The company scans the irises of people around the world to provide access to the Worldcoin ecosystem, and to distinguish between real people and bots.
“Something like World ID will eventually exist, meaning that you will need to verify [you are human] on the internet, whether you like it or not,” said Blania.
Would you want to live in such a world?

DOJ sued for not registering Hunter Biden as foreign agent
Attorney General Merrick Garland and President Joe Biden's Justice Department have been sued for failing to require Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent.
While Garland is defendant in the lawsuit, the America First Legal allegations go back to former President Barack Obama's administration, when Hunter Biden directly represented Ukraine energy company Burisma in dealings with the Obama White House. It is a violation of Foreign Agent Registration Act under 22 U.S.C. § 611(b), according to the complaint.

Washington Post set to lose $100 million in 2023
The Washington Post is "on a pace to lose about $100 million in 2023," according to a recent New York Times report.
"The Post has struggled to increase the number of its paying customers since the 2020 election, when its digital subnoscriptions peaked at three million. It now has around 2.5 million," The Times wrote.
Jeff Bezos, who bought the Washington Post 10 years ago, is probably not very pleased with that.

Gavin Newsom threatens to fine school district $1.5 million for regecting LGBT materials
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has threatened to fine Temecula School District $1.5 million after it rejected a proposed curriculum from the governor’s office for its LGBT content.
The Temecula County school board voted to reject a curriculum that included a social studies book that referenced Harvey Milk, an LGBT activist and politician. Opponents are reportedly concerned about an alleged relationship Milk had with a teenager while in his 30s.
“If the school board won’t do its job by its next board meeting to ensure kids start the school year with basic materials, the state will deliver the book into the hands of children and their parents — and we’ll send the district the bill and fine them for violating state law,” Newsom said in a July 14 press release after the school board voted to reject his curriculum.
After threats, the school board has voted to approve the proposed social studies curriculum for elementary students.
The woke propaganda is looking more and more like a dictatorship. Welcome to California.

🇺🇸🏳️⚧️U.S. states massively introduce bans on gender reassignment for children
Protecting children from harm used to be the obvious thing to do. Now the LGBTQ social contagion is sweeping the country, and states have to pass laws regulating medications and sex reassignment surgeries for children. European countries are already introducing bans on gender reassignment for children. What's the situation in the U.S.?
🔻While at the beginning of 2021 no U.S. state had such a law, by mid-2023 already 20 states (17 of them in 2023 alone) have passed full or partial bans on sex reassignment for minors. This shows how quickly concern over this issue is growing.
Most of these laws ban the use of cross-sex hormones and puberty blockers for minors or ban sex reassignment surgeries. Some states (Florida, Oklahoma, Alabama, etc.) make it a criminal offense for health care providers to help children undergo sex reassignment.
Some states faced difficulties as proposed bills were either vetoed or temporarily suspended. These include Alabama, Arkansas and Oklahoma.
The number is expected to grow as 14 other states are considering or have introduced bills that would similarly restrict sex reassignment for children.
🔻Liberal states that actively promote the LGBT agenda have rushed to pass laws "protecting" sex reassignment. Among them, of course, are California, New Jersey, and D.C. California became the first "sanctuary state" for transgender children. Parents' rights, meanwhile, are minimized.
LGBT advocates deliberately use terms such as "gender-affirming care" when talking about sex reassignment for children in order to create a positive image of procedures that in reality mutilate children.
Now many young adults who went through gender reassignment as teenagers are speaking out about the difficulties they faced and the regrets they have about their transition. New independent research shows the irreversible damage caused by taking cross-sex hormones or cutting off body parts.
🔻Hopefully, more states will pass stricter laws banning sex reassignment for children to truly keep them safe and healthy.

🇨🇦⚽️ Canadian footballer Quinn becomes the first out trans and non-binary player to feature at a World Cup
Some strange things are happening at the women's World Cup. Canada has announced that the first openly non-binary and trans person will play for their team. Quinn, formerly known as Rebecca Quinn, has already played in Friday's match between Canada and Nigeria.
First of all, how can somebody be both trans and non-binary at the same time?
Secondly, a biological woman participates in the women's World Cup, but somehow they manage to make it about trans and queer pride.
For some reason, Quinn, being trans, doesn't want to participate in the men's World Cup. Could it be because the men would have a physical advantage over her? Then it makes sense where this whole non-binary show is coming from.
