Okay this is cool, this app allows you to run containerized Linux distro under Android
Droidspaces
Must-have inside the kernel
Since Redmi Note 10 Pro kernel is 4.14 and not GKI2 Compliant, here is the distro that can run on Droidspaces under sweet:
1. Debian 11
2. Debian 12
3. Debian 13
4. Alpine Linux
5. Ubuntu 22.04
6. Ubuntu 24.04

8. Fedora 42

> Anything that use OpenRC and systemd up to 257 can run under 4.14 kernels
> Runit init system causes soft-reboot
> Do not run systems that use systemd 258 and up
i don't regret using chromeOS at all, the fact that i can use linux apps without any problems with gpu acceleration support? holy damn

It’s been a long time, guys, but here I am with some free ki advice. Never buy a Xiaomi device. Especially POCO.
I bought a brand new POCO F7. After just one month of use and updating to the November security patch, my network started fluctuating. Airtel was stuck on 2G, yes 2G in 2024 lol, and indoors the phone worked only because of VoWiFi.
I took it to the service centre. They flashed the stock ROM and confidently said, you are good to go. Spoiler, I was not.
I gave it back again. Long story short, they kept my phone for almost a month. To be fair, the service centre staff were very professional with good communication. In fact, even they said, do not buy POCO.
They showed me the internals and it turned out the seal was already broken. Surprise. The new phone I bought online was actually refurbished. The seller did not even bother resealing it. One screw was a different colour, just to add character. They confirmed it was previously opened.
The service centre asked the company to send a replacement part, but for almost one month the company kept sending refurbished parts and motherboard.
After going back and forth, even the service centre got fed up and pushed the company harder. Finally, the company sent a fresh new motherboard and my phone magically revived.
They charged me 2000 rupees for warranty extension. I did not mind. I know they have targets to meet and honestly they helped me a lot. They even opened the device in front of me and I personally saw the broken seal.
But yeah, that was my last Xiaomi device. Ever.

Background
The naming, Perf Neon, is inspired by a Linux Distribution called KDE Neon, where KDE take latest Ubuntu LTS as a base system and then put Latest KDE on top of it. Same thing as Perf Neon, where i take whatever the world the LineageOS team put under LineageOS/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm6150 and then put Latest KernelSU Next on top of it.
What is it for?
While it's mostly used for another kernel developers to compare their work with a literal close-to-stock kernel, it's also fulfill the dream of a purists, where they want everything stable but also wanted root access on top of it.
Release Schedules
This kernel follows weekly builds of devices/sweet/builds, you will get a new kernel build every sunday. You might need to check out the GitHub repo for new releases.
Compatibility
Compatible with official LineageOS builds for Redmi Note 10 Pro, but since this kernel strictly follows LineageOS/android_kernel_xiaomi_sm6150, the compatibility may vary between each releases. Always make you have a kernel backup before proceeding. This kernel might gonna work on non-linage based roms but it is not guaranteed.
Extra Feature Comforts
> Support for Droidspaces. See: Samsung_Tweaks/100235
> Applied add-wifi-injection-4.14 and add-rtl88xxau-5.6.4.2-drivers. See: kalilinux/nethunter/build-noscripts/kali-nethunter-kernel-builder (Untested)
Credits
> @vbajs for the buildnoscript and kernel commits
> Jan for pointing things out the correct way
> @krenlol for ksu minimal hooks
> @rifsxd for KernelSU Next
