Kundalini practitioners often come from drug experiences, and their practice involves meditation similar to qigong.

Some speak of a kundalini awakening. The following article describes the following signs: (1) things fall apart, you have a nervous breakdown, or your life isn’t working;

(2) unpleasant physical, emotional, or energetic symptoms;

(3) desperation and willingness to try new things;

(4) apparent occurrences of synchronicity or the sense of a guiding force in one’s life;
