so the new tropical waves are showing more signs of developing into named storms, with soon-to-be Humberto heading into the Caribbean and then tracking northwest towards the southeast US. uncertainty in the spaghetti comes from a number of factors but Florida to the Carolinas need to be paying attention over the next couple of days, late weekend Humberto could be a problem. still a fluid deal 🌀

DO NOT count on enough people refusing to go along with it for it to not work and for them to back down. It's not going to happen. If anything it will be like Covid where most people complied in 2021 with the first two, many of which didn't want to but complied out of cowardice and conformity, but when they started rolling out boosters and shit, that's when compliance dropped below the threshold needed to keep it going and they had to back it down.

things are getting more complex. Humberto (right red spot) has already formed but has slowed down, which limits how much it interacts with future Imelda (left). Imelda will spin up over the weekend in the Bahamas and threaten the east coast with models suggesting a possible Carolinas impact late Sunday into Monday. Imelda’s forecast track will narrow after it properly develops 🌀
