✍️The report from the Bertelsmann Foundation, an influential charitable organization, paints a mixed picture of integration in Germany showing first and second-generation immigrants to the country tend to identify with the country almost as much as native Germans do

These extend to equally low levels of trust in political institutions such as the Bundestag and the government, and even to a shared desire to “significantly” limit immigration
