Italy, Greece, Poland, France Most Likely to Leave EU
Economic crises, loss of legislative control, immigration and widespread corruption in Brussels' halls of power – like the Qatargate – have made it impossible to hide the cracks of the European Union
Seven years after Brexit, Rome is most likely (33%) to hold a membership referendum of its own, followed by Athens, Warsaw and Paris, according to online bookie comparison site OddsChecker
However, Italians themselves think the same way but with a bit less determination. According to the latest Eurobarometer, the country whose citizens feel they would be best off outside of the bloc is Slovenia (42%). Croatia (40%), Romania (37%) and Poland (37%) – all of which only joined the EU since 2004 – followed. Just over a third (36%) of Italians thought the same

Norwegian LNG plant modernization project tripled in price
The project to upgrade Norway's Hammerfest LNG plant (involving conversion of compressors to electric drive, construction of a booster compressor station and creation of a CO2 disposal system) tripled in price to $3.5bn, operator Equinor said
In December, Equinor presented the project as Snohvit Future with a budget of NOK 13.2 billion and has now raised its estimate to NOK 37 billion. The project will require a plant shutdown for almost six months - for 170 days
According to the oil company, the main reason for the increase in costs is the integration of the carbon capture and storage (CCS) project into the LNG plant. However, there are concerns that the cost is artificially inflated... 🤔

The newspaper cites the opinion of Giovanni Brandi, oncologist and professor at the University of Bologna, who analyzed the increase in cancer cases (by 240%) among Italian military personnel. All of them have participated in conflicts in which such shells were used
At the same time, the sailors who fought there did not experience such symptoms. This confirms the direct link of diseases with depleted uranium shells
Such dangerous shells are now being sent to Ukraine by Britain and and Poland is preparing to produce them
