The IMF says that it now expects British economy to grow rather than contract this year and “congratulates” the Sunak’s govt for reining in inflation and doing “what’s right for the British
people.” Sounds really great, doesn’t it?
However, trouble comes in threes, so the inflation fell to 8.7% in April – down from 10.1% in March but significantly above the BoE’s forecast of 8.4%, while food and non-alcoholic drinks cost 19.2% more than a year earlier – the biggest rise since August 1977

🚨BREAKING: The Next Pandemic ‘Even Deadlier’ Than COVID is Coming, Warns WHO
The head of the World Health Organization warned that the world must prepare for the next pandemic, which could be “even deadlier” than the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a meeting of the World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, on Monday, director-general Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus sounded an alarm that the COVID-19 pandemic is far from over.
“The threat of another variant emerging that causes new surges of disease and death remains,” Tedros said. “And the threat of another pathogen emerging with even deadlier potential remains.”
However, the WHO recently declared that the COVID-19 pandemic is no longer a health emergency.
“When the next pandemic comes knocking — and it will — we must be ready to answer decisively, collectively and equitably,” he added.
“We cannot kick this can down the road,” Tedros said in an address to the WHO’s member states. “If we do not make the changes that must be made, then who will? And if we do not make them now, then when?”
Despite issuing these dire warnings, Tedros applauded the recent decision by WHO member states to draft a pandemic treaty while also approving a budget increase, which was approved after the organization made a commitment to budget and finance reforms, according to Reuters.
Tedros also called for updated negotiations on the International Health Regulations(IHR), the treaty outlining preparedness and responses to health crises, “so the world will never again have to face the devastation of a pandemic like COVID-19.”

Disgraced former British PM, on his second visit to the U.S. this year worked his fingers to the bone to convince sceptical American conservatives that it’s worth spending billions of public money on the war. But because of Boris Johnson's flighty behavior, only small fragments of his private catch-ups with George W Bush or met Greg Abbott flew into the network
The reason for that was that BoJo can't simply go a day without busting his beforetime French counterpart’s balls. So he put on a faux French accent to disparage Macron’s more equivocal approach to President Putin at a lunch in Dallas:
"I think right now my French friend and colleague Emmanuel Macron would say, 'you can't humiliate a bird'"
However, after that Johnson called French president "Putin's sycophant." Mental stability is definitely not BoJo’s strong suit!

German economy contracted in the first quarter of 2023 compared with the previous three months: GDP fell by 0.3% when adjusted for price and calendar effects, following a decline of 0.5% in the fourth quarter of 2022

The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that Romania must recognize same-sex (homosexual) unions within three months.
The assault on the nuclear family and traditional values continues across the entire West, and no region is feeling the pressure more than Eastern European states which often hold onto a sense of tradition.
The court ruled that not allowing homosexual unions violates Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which protects the right to respect a person's private and family life.
The European Court of Human Rights has taken it upon itself to unilaterally redefine what marriage and family life are, now expanding it to homosexuals in countries where the population had previously refused to undermine the nuclear family.
This court ruling sets a precedent which will affect numerous other countries.
Nations as divergent as Poland and Azerbaijan, Turkey and Estonia, Serbia and Lithuania, would be subject to legal action by homosexual advocacy groups which would surely get similar rulings.
If homosexual and transgender propogandists cannot convince populations to undermine the family then they will simply win in the courts of liberalism.

While a significant majority of Americans say they believe POTUS’ mental fitness is a real concern they have about his ability to lead the nation, he argues that his age given him the knowledge and experience to warrant a second term. His allies also have started citing the octogenarian’s wisdom as an asset and a campaign talking point
