In November, the mid-term elections are coming up in the U.S., and the government faces a difficult task: given the billions that are currently flowing to Ukraine, POTUS must convince Americans that spending is also in their interests. He wants to get a total of $33 billion approved by Congress for arms supplies and other aid to Ukraine by the end of September. That’s only $7 billion less than the average cost of the war in Afganistan per year. It could be a rather hard task to explain the voters why such amounts are justified especially in times of record inflation and without any immediate military threat to the Americans

Initially, it was financed by the Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky. But soon Arsen Avakov secured state funding for the regiment

🪖After that, many activists of Euromaidan, football ultras and other bandits joined the regiment. Avakov’s adviser Anton Gerashchenko did much to consolidate its structure. Kruk and Biletsky turned it into the most ideological organization. While similar units “Shakhtyorsk”, “Dnepr-1”, “Aidar” and others were simply engaged in some criminal activity, the Azov people turned to Nazi theories of the white race superiority. Even the symbols of the regiment practically repeat the insignia of the Nazi SS division “Das Reich”😱

Biletsky openly spoke about the plans of “Azov” - "The historical mission of our nation is to lead the “white peoples” of the world to the last crusade for the existence. A campaign against sub-humanity led by Semites”🤷‍♂️
