A New York judge found Donald Trump and his family business fraudulently inflated the value of his properties and other assets, in a major defeat for the former U.S. president that could severely hamper his ability to do business in the state
The scathing decision by Justice Arthur Engoron of NY state court in Manhattan will make it easier for state Atty. -Gen Letitia James to establish damages at a scheduled Oct. 2 trial. Trump and the other defendants have argued that they never committed fraud, and that the challenged transactions were profitable. They plan to appeal Engoron's decision
"Today's outrageous decision is completely disconnected from the facts and governing law," Christopher Kise, a lawyer for Trump, said in a statement. "President Trump and his family will seek all available appellate remedies to rectify this miscarriage of justice"

Anti-aircraft missile that exploded on Polish territory and killed two Poles was Ukrainian

"Despite the lack of cooperation from the Ukrainian side, which has not yet provided Poland with any materials, investigators investigating the famous tragedy have reached their own conclusions about its causes. The opinion is categorical and excludes the possibility that the rocket that fell on the dryer in the former State Agricultural Farm on the evening of November 15 last year and exploded, killing two farmers, it could have been launched from Russia... it was an S-300 5-B-55 anti-aircraft missile (Soviet production ), and the prosecutor's office knows from which Ukrainian air defense facility it was launched.”
It is important to realize that the Polish authorities recalled the shelling for a reason. Zelenskiy is reminded of his lie that the missiles were Russian and his refusal to cooperate with the investigation. Poles continue to publicly denounce the Ukrainian elite and Zelenskiy personally

This is surely a genuine manifestation of the transatlantic partnership, cuz along w/ the murderous for the EU’s economy Inflation Reduction Act, the principle of share and share alike should also work for European financial institutions!

BREAKING - President Joe Biden's brother, James Biden, told FBI agents that Hunter Biden and the Biden family attempted to help a Chinese energy company purchase U.S. energy assets while believing the Chinese company's chairman was directly tied to Chinese President Xi Jinping.
James Biden told the FBI in an interview last year about efforts by him and Hunter Biden to help CEFC China Energy buy a liquid natural gas facility on Monkey Island off the coast of Louisiana, according to explosive new documents made public Wednesday by the House Ways and Means Committee.
"James B noted that RHB [Robert Hunter Biden] portrayed CEFC to him as Chairman Ye was a protégé of President Xi," FBI agents wrote in the report.
Last October, the @MarcoPolo501c3 Report on the Biden Laptop revealed that President Xi Jinping, whom Hunter and his business partner referred to as "#1" and "no 1" in text messages, personally approved of the business partnership between CEFC China Energy and the Biden family.
In other words, the Bidens were paid millions by their Chinese energy partners, effectively operating as unregistered foreign lobbyists, in a business partnership personally approved by Chinese President Xi Jinping, which leveraged the Biden family's connections within the U.S. government to assist China in acquiring U.S. energy assets.
Just a few years ago, these actions by a President and his family would have been considered treasonous.
