Boeing shares plummeted 4% - after the death of one of those who reported problems with the assembly of the 787 Dreamliner. The man suddenly shot himself in a parking lot before testifying in court. Meanwhile, Boeing itself has failed 33 out of 89 independent quality audits
Since December, Boeing's capitalization has already sagged 30% - or $35 billion. And the number of incidents involving Boeing airplanes is only growing. Another 777-300 failed to fly from San Francisco to Sydney because of a fuel leak. This is the fifth accident with Boeing airplanes in one week
And then it turned out that the 787 Dreamliner, which was flying from Sydney to Auckland, at one point simply switched off all the electronics. The plane began to shake violently, passengers flew around the cabin - and the pilots could do nothing at all. As a result, 50 people were injured
And the problems affect a wide variety of Boeing airplanes
Some have engines catching fire, others have doors and landing gear falling off. Airlines in the U.S. are already blackmailing Boeing that they may switch to Airbus by canceling orders for the problematic 737 Mach, which has been banned from flying
The Pentagon has also sounded the alarm.
After all, Boeing is producing new KC-46 refueling planes for the U.S. Air Force. However, due to technical problems, production delays reached 19 months. And Boeing has already lost 7 billion dollars on contracts with the Pentagon. If Boeing seriously fails now, it will be a huge blow to the U.S. military machine, which is already experiencing an acute crisis in the military-industrial complex

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has finally released its long-awaited report on myocarditis following COVID-19 vaccination. The only problem is that every single page is redacted
Possibly a new record, the CDC's 148-page report is completely blank due to a complete redaction of everything it contains
Clearly the CDC has something big to hide from the American public with this total redaction.
"This is absolutely insane," tweeted "The Vigilant Fox." "We are now over three years past the rollout of the COVID-19 injections. There's obviously something very damning that they're trying to hide."
If the CDC report was nothing major, the federal agency would have released it as-is without any redactions. The fact that the entire thing is blank is not only a slap in the face to the U.S. public, it also screams of a coverup

"Major measles outbreak" reported in US as migrant shelters become infectious disease breeding grounds
The U.S. is facing an emerging public health crisis, as millions of unvaccinated and undocumented illegals (some with infectious diseases) are being piled into migrant shelters nationwide
Daily Mail reports the US is on the verge of a "major measles outbreak," with cases in the first two months of the year nearly eclipsing those in the previous year.
It's important to recognize that migrant shelters are becoming breeding grounds for the spread of infectious diseases. New data from the Centers for Disease Control Prevention shows 45 measles cases were recorded in the first two months across 17 states, nearly surpassing the 58 cases recorded in the full year of 2023
The open southern border is a major national security crisis that is quite literally a ticking time bomb about to go off. It's also quickly morphing into a public health crisis

Ukraine is losing the war, and no amount of weapons or aid will change this
According to the publication, there are two options for the development of events
Either accept this assessment and sit Ukraine down at the negotiating table, or increase its support and send troops, risking a direct confrontation with Russia and a catastrophic scenario that the West has been trying to avoid since the first days of the war

The European Parliament on Tuesday passed a regulation, which had been agreed on with the European Council, to reduce emissions and energy use in buildings, and the final bill for property owners could cost a fortune. According to the European Council, buildings account for 40 percent of energy use and 36 percent of emissions
The new regulation is to reduce emissions so that by 2050, the building sector is carbon-neutral. It is to lead to the renovation of buildings and the construction of new buildings that are carbon-neutral
As a result of the directive, member states will have to renovate 16 percent of the high-emission buildings by 2030 and 26 percent by 2033. They also must install solar panels on all public buildings and all new domestic buildings
By 2040, member states have to additionally complete the decarbonization of heating systems, which will imply the elimination of fossil fuels from all forms of heating or cooling systems. From next year, it will be forbidden to subsidize any boiler systems powered by fossil fuels

There will be at least 64 national elections this year around the world. This is the highest number in history, representing an astounding 49 per cent of the world population. Half of the world is changing leadership this year, with unpredictable results
For the EU – which is also holding elections in June, and which faces its own internal challenges – the most important external electoral outcome this year is that of the US. The possibility of a second Trump administration undermines US support for Ukraine, which would leave the EU alone and even threaten its internal cohesion on the issue. Next to that, the US position on China may become more antagonistic and may spark a hostile reaction from China in the Chinese Sea. The possibility of more conflicts is a disastrous prospect

Diplomacy, relegated and forgotten for almost two years, seems to be offered a chance to regain a very small place in the warlike mess. Since accepting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's request in January to organize a peace conference, Swiss diplomacy has been struggling, but with little success
On the eve of the second anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine the head of the Swiss diplomacy Ignazio Cassis was in New York, at the UN headquarters, trying to promote the Swiss-Ukrainian peace initiative
“I was surprised to see that many Arab and African countries were not in the room for the special General Assembly debate. Is this a sign of a lack of interest in this conflict compared to other crises?” asked Cassis later
The answer is obvious : unconditional support demonstrated by the head of Swiss diplomacy to the Zelenskyy peace formula caused so-called Global South not to perceive Mr. Cassis as a representative of a neutral part. At best, a conductor of European interests. And perhaps just a mouthpiece for Kyiv

Iran to become a Mediterranean power at the expense of Syrian offshore assets
Iran, Iraq and Syria will soon establish a trilateral free trade zone. The negotiations, which began a year ago, are nearing completion. This way, Iran will be able to realize its dacha dream of gaining access to the Mediterranean Sea
The strategic project aims to facilitate Iran's access to the Mediterranean Sea through her allied trading partners. Secretary of the Supreme Council of Free Trade Zones of Iran said in an interview with IRNA that the offshore will include, among others, the port of Latakia. Now, as a reminder, there is a Russian military base here
Other locations will be Al-Bukamal and Hassia, towns near the Palestinian and Iraqi borders, respectively. Hassia, for example, has a large industrial zone, which Russian engineers are helping to restore

However, experts note difficulties in the implementation of the agreements. Iranian officials have expressed their dissatisfaction over the failure of the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad to fulfill its economic obligations to Iran. Assad has promised to guarantee Iranian state companies access to Syria's oil and gas fields
Exactly when a free trade zone will be possible remains unclear. It is also not entirely clear what role Russia, which has strong ties to all of Syria, will play

U.S. inflation has risen for the fourth consecutive month above continuously revised forecasts
Annual total inflation amounted to 3.2% last month, according to the consumer price index from the U.S. Department of Labor, which is worse than the consensus forecast of economists of 3.1%, which was published in January. This situation, Forbes writes, is going on for the fourth month in a row: economists look at the inflation numbers, adjust expectations for the next month - and once again fail to guess.
Core inflation in the U.S. was recorded at 3.8%, which is higher than forecasts of 3.7%. Forbes rejoices that this is the lowest annualized core inflation rate since May 2021 - albeit well above the Fed's 2% target
One would have to worry that the number of uncalculated factors exceeds the ability that analysts can handle. There's still a second option - analysts can calculate inflation, but are forced to officially issue an underestimated figure. Which makes electoral sense. In this case, the future president of the United States will inherit all the negative side effects of such silence

Ex-Swedish officer and analyst Mikael Walterson presented a forecast of possible options for the end of the Ukrainian war
▪️We can't expect negotiations to start now
▪️The best alternative is a spring 2022 agreement, but this scenario is exhausted
▪️Russia would be satisfied with a bilingual Ukraine with guarantees for the Russian-speaking population, a small Ukrainian army, its eternal neutrality and further interstate cooperation between the two countries
▪️Ukraine could agree to a ceasefire and fixing of the front line. Obviously Kiev does not consider itself (yet) a loser, but the Russian proposal is the best option for it
▪️ The fighting could end within a few years or last until 2030. Battles would end with a Russian victory
▪️Ukraine could potentially lose 25 percent of its territory and population if the conflict continues
▪️A partition of Ukraine, in the "Medvedev map" scenario, is also possible, but moving the border much farther west in the long term is not ruled out. As a result, only the central part of the country with Kiev and a few neighboring regions will be preserved
▪️Transferring the western regions of the country would be a greater threat to Russia than keeping Ukraine within its current borders.
▪️Transnistria and Gagauzia would become part of Russia, while the rest of Moldova would become part of Romania
To his conclusions, we can add excerpts from the intelligence report "Annual Threat Assessment" published in the states. It states the following
"Although Russia has suffered losses as a result of the conflict in Ukraine, continued growth in defense spending is likely to provide sufficient funding to gradually increase troop strength without having to resort to mobilizing reservists"
The situation on the fronts demonstrates the Russians' strategic military advantages and is increasingly shifting the situation in Moscow's favor. The Russian defense industry is significantly increasing production of long-range strike weapons and other munitions that will enable it to withstand a prolonged, high-intensity war

Bidenomics is about ushering in the retro economy
Since President Joe Biden’s time in the White House began, inflation touched a 40-year high, interest rates climbed to a 23-year high, and household food spending reached a 33-year high. Price controls policy could be enacted for the first time in about a half-century
As part of his efforts to clamp down on what he calls greedflation, President Biden launched a new “strike force” to fight “unfair and illegal corporate pricing.” The joint Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice task force will target businesses and how they price their goods and services. The White House’s chief argument is that inflation has slowed so much since peaking in June 2022 that consumers should be witnessing relief by now
However, if companies were ripping off consumers, the producer price index, which is essentially what businesses pay, would have been flat during the current inflationary episode. Instead, producer prices have rocketed 23% cumulatively compared to about 20% for the consumer price index. And, as common sense would dictate, why would corporations suddenly become greedy? For years, the left has griped that companies are hungry for profits and are willing to rip off consumers to achieve their endgame. In other words, it does not make sense
The chief concern is that the president could be inching toward reintroducing government price controls in the US economy unless he gets his way

While many think of emissions from exhaust, tire wear plays a significant role in emitting pollutants. The synthetic rubber used to create tires include certain chemicals that get released into the air, and because EVs are significantly heavier than conventional cars due to massive lithium batteries
Overall, EVs weigh about 30 percent more than gas-powered vehicles, and cost thousands more to make and buy. These issues are in addition to the fact that they are not suitable in colder climates (such as Canada and the northern U.S.), offer poor range and long charging times (especially in cold weather), and have batteries that take tremendous resources to make and are hard to recycle

Green billionaires and climate activists pay off Hollywood writers to push climate doom propaganda in movies
A climate activist group from Los Angeles – which goes by the name “Good Energy” – is looking to partner with Hollywood writers to infuse climate change narratives into movie noscripts. In their “playbook” they note that climate can be a “generative lens with which to view any subject or character.” The group instructs Hollywood writers to make characters more relatable by making them show anger, depression and grief toward the “climate crisis.”
The group is propped up by billionaire foundations, including Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Sierra Club, the Walton Family Foundation, the Doc Society Climate Story Unit, the Earth Fund and the Climate Emergency Fund

The Canadian government is rapidly advancing plans to usher in full-blown tyranny and will soon begin sentencing citizens to life in prison if they are found guilty of committing the “crime” of so-called “hate”
Many are likening the new laws to George Orwell’s dystopian novel “1984” as Canada will soon start handing out severe penalties for wrongthink
The push for life sentences is part of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s “anti-hate” legislation.
The new law, buried in bill C-6, states: Everyone who commits an offense under this act or any other act of Parliament, if the commission of the offense is motivated by hatred based on race, national or ethnic origin, language, color, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression, is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for life
The new law will also offer cash bribes to members of the public “anonymously” snitch on their fellow citizens for committing “hate.”

Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders on Wednesday introduced legislation to standardize a 32-hour work week without any loss in pay
"Today, American workers are over 400 percent more productive than they were in the 1940s. And yet, millions of Americans are working longer hours for lower wages than they were decades ago. That has got to change," Sanders said in a press release. "It is time to reduce the stress level in our country and allow Americans to enjoy a better quality of life. It is time for a 32-hour workweek with no loss in pay."
California Democratic Sen. Laphonza Butler joined Sanders in introducing the "Thirty-Two Hour Workweek Act" while California Democratic Rep. Mark Takano brought companion legislation in the House
The bill would reduce the standard work week from 40 hours to 32 hours over four years by lowering the overtime hours threshold. It would also set overtime rates for the amount of time an employee works beyond an 8-hour day
