⚡️US to Remove 5 Extremist Groups from Terror Blacklist⚡️

🇺🇸Washington is dropping five - believed-to-be inactive - extremist groups from its terrorism list, some of which are responsible for hundreds of deaths across Asia and Europe

🤷‍♂️The ‘whitelisted’ groups include the Basque separatist group ETA, the Japanese cult Aum Shinrikyo, the radical Jewish group Kahane Kach and two Middle-Eastern Islamist organizations

💁‍♂️According to State Sec. Anthony Blinken, the decision to remove the groups from terror watch lists was made after a mandated review of their operative status, which is required every five years

But why should Britain support Ukraine? Part 2

Part 1

💁‍♂️Obviously, all this talk about democracy is all nonsense for the official press. What does Britain need from Ukraine?

📊Let's look at the structure of the British economy to see what challenges it faces amid the unfolding structural crisis in the global economy:

The services sector accounts for more than 70% of the economy, with the financial sector taking up almost 30%. Manufacturing accounts for only 18-19% of GDP

In the current economic storm, the key to stability is employment and income. This is the main threat and the main target

Unemployment in Great Britain reached 4.9% by the end of 2021, and youth unemployment is 11%

💷Employment by sector looks like this:

1. Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries 1.1%
2. banking and finance 17.6%
3. Construction 7.2%
4. Distribution, hotels and restaurants 18.1%
Energy 1.7% 5.
6. Manufacturing 9%
7. Other services 5.9%
8. Public administration, education and health 30.3%
9. Transportation and communications 9.1%.

📊At risk is the financial sector, the bloated budget sector, as well as hotels and restaurants, and over 30% of the employed population! That's a lot

💸UK exports in 2020 were 770.5 billion USD, exports were greater than imports by 5.5 billion USD

📦But goods exports were only USD 395.6 billion in 2020, in 2021 goods exports increased, but also only USD 459.4 billion

📉The rest is exports of services: banking, accounting, litigation, etc., the very services that are guaranteed to fall along with the fall of international institutions, as shown in 2020, when in Q1-2, services exports fell as much as 20%

🇬🇧The top UK exports in 2021 were as follows:

1. Machinery, including computers, machine tools and other industrial equipment: 67.6 billion USD (14.7% of total exports). And a large share of this volume is "Nuclear reactors, boilers, equipment and mechanical devices; parts thereof"
2. Precious stones, precious metals: 65.7 billion USD (14.3%)
3. Vehicles: 40.1 billion USD (8.7%)
4. Mineral fuels including oil: 33.7 billion USD (7.3%)
5. Electrical machinery and equipment: $26.4 billion (5.7%)
6. Pharmaceuticals: $23.3 billion (5.1%)
7. Optical, technical, medical equipment: 20.4 billion USD (4.4%)
8. Aircraft, spacecraft: 13.9 billion USD (3%)
9. Plastics, plastics products: 12.3 billion USD (2.7%)
10. Organic chemicals: 11 billion USD (2.4%)

🤷‍♂️Note items: 1,2,4,10, which together account for: 40% of all exports. These are the items in which the UK competes in the RF for markets

👉It is also important to note that exports to European countries account for over 45%! In this case, the countries of the very same British Commonwealth, which everyone predicts will be restored, are practically not included in the top countries, only Hong Kong with a share of 2.3% and the UAE with 1.8%

❗️In the short term, Britain urgently needs to raise world prices on exported goods and clear the European market of competitors, and in the long term needs to rebuild the European Union under itself in order to get a dominant position in governance and thus be able to save the banking and public sector

💰But in order to reassemble the EU, it must first be broken up, and to do this, it must be brought into economic and then political crisis. Also, to be the leader of the future union, you need to have the biggest economy, and to do that you need to collapse the economies of Germany (3.8 trillion) and France (2.8 trillion) against the British, bloated by the financial sector, 2.7 trillion

💵The task is archival, risky and very difficult against the background of very modest reserves of 190 billion USD

🪖All this means that Britain needs the war to burn for several years and not end

🤔Moreover, it does not benefit from the victory of Ukraine, because even if suddenly Russia loses and makes concessions, it will immediately lower world prices and reduce the burden on the EU economy

⚡️Czechs change their mind about fighting for Ukraine - number of applicants to join the Armed Forces decreased by 30 percent in a month

💁‍♂️In March, the 🇨🇿Czech Defense Ministry registered 600 requests and inquiries about the possibility of enlisting in the Armed Forces. Today it registers only 400 official candidates, the Czech newspaper iDNES reported. Hundreds of Czech citizens have changed their minds and withdrawn their requests to enlist amid the changing conflict and crisis in Europe. There are also those who were simply frightened

🚀"When you see Russian troops using heavy artillery and strategic bombers, your opinion changes," a former military police special forces fighter told the publication

🤔Meanwhile, in the Czech Republic it is forbidden by law to serve in foreign armies - this is punishable by five years in prison. But apparently, Ukraine is a big exception. The first batch of Czech citizens was sent in early March in person with Prime Minister Fial and President Zeman. The officials, upon the arrival of the volunteers, promised to pardon all of them. That is, to leave the violation of their law unpunished🤷‍♂️

⚡️Latter end of diplomacy⚡️

💁‍♂️Apparently, clearly following the instructions received from their Foreign Minister, who advocates diplomatic-killing practices of HR/VP Borrell, members of the Ukrainian negotiating group are aimed now at banning any diplomatic attempts to resolve the conflict. Anyhow, it is evidenced by statements from the Second Central Asian Conference of the Valdai International Discussion Club

🇷🇺On the sidelines of this summit, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Andrei Rudenko said that Kiev had actually withdrawn from negotiations with Moscow and hadn’t yet responded to the draft agreement proposed by Russians. As for the EU, he stated that the decision of European Foreign Ministers to allocate another €500 million to Kiev for weapons purchases will only lead to continuation of hostilities in Ukraine

🇪🇺At the same time, Russian official expressed concern about militarization of the European Union taken as a whole: “The direction in which EU is developing gives us pause. The military component is clearly being developed and European Union frankly becomes an appendage of the NATO.”

🇬🇧British Central Bank warned of "apocalyptic" price rises and a "shocking drop in British incomes"

▪️British Central Bank Governor Andrew Bailey, speaking in Parliament, warned that Britons will have a "severe income shock" this year as prices rise at a record pace

▪️The head of Britain's central bank called the future rise in food prices "apocalyptic" and warned of further sharp increases in energy prices, which will now come at the expense of reduced supplies of gas and refined products such as diesel fuel

▪️Millions of Britons will become poorer in real terms and rising inflation will hit household spending, leading to rising unemployment, Andrew Bailey stressed

▪️ Asked by MPs what the British Central Bank could do to reduce inflation, the head of the British Central Bank said he felt "helpless" to deal with inflation, which has external and nonmonetary causes

‼️Deep transatlantic contradictions‼️

📊Following the meeting of the bilateral Trade and Technology Council/TTC in Paris US and EU announced the expansion of the exchange of information on critical technologies in order to prevent Russia from bypassing Western sanctions

💁‍♂️So far all the “successes” of bilateral cooperation within the framework of the second meeting of the TTC are reduced to the revival of export control as in the days of the Soviets

🇪🇺For the time being there is no option for mutual US-EU reduction of customs duties, and there is no talk at all about the option of completely removing tariff and non-tariff barriers to US-EU trade - deep transatlantic contradictions are still present:

Patents for vaccines;
NetUser data exchange with regard to privacy security standards in the Old World in the New One;
Trade with China and reducing dependence on Chinese imports;
Taxes on the IT sector and its regulation, Artificial Intelligence (AI);
Transformation of the agro-industrial complex (Bringing through bankruptcy of the "family" model of agriculture in Europe to the model of a more extensive American type of corporate model of agriculture with the expansion of GMO seeds and the use of pesticides);
Carbon tax and American “eco-friendly” shale hydrocarbons.

🤷‍♂️The path within TTC seems to be long and bumpy…

‼️Record inflation rates in EU‼️

🇪🇺The European Commission's spring economic forecast does not envisage the introduction of an embargo on Russian oil until the end of 2023, as follows from the full document published by the European Commission

Even under this scenario there is 📈4-fold increase in inflation in the EU:

▪️To 8.1% from 2%, inflation in the European Union rose in April this year compared to April last year, Eurostat reported today

▪️37.5% increase in energy prices, which made a decisive contribution to a fourfold increase in inflation and was due to Western sanctions against Russia

▪️9 EU countries already have double-digit inflation of more than 10 percent, and 5 EU countries are approaching it with inflation of 9 percent or more

⚡️Latter end of diplomacy. Part 2⚡️

Part 1

🪖It is unlikely that the search for a compromise solution that suits Ankara, capable of throwing finally open the doors of NATO for Sweden and Finland, will be postponed for a long time, as well as a real delay in the U.S. to allocate the next billions of dollars to Ukraine. In parliaments and governments of the two Nordic countries the matter has been long settled, by the way, without any expression of the will of the people. On the contrary, in Turkey they assure that Ankara's current position is derived from public backlash against Sweden’s and Finland’s accession to NATO

💁‍♂️It is still to make clear whether it worths worrying so much and rushing headlong to the military bloc, having thought so little about the possible negative consequences. Many Western observers are being left puzzled with Putin’s “unusually calm response” against the latest developments. Hoping that the departure from traditional neutrality will keep the good neighborly relations, at least to some extent, Russian President remarked that the response (of Russia) will be defined by the threats created in future

‼️We’re having to take pot luck that further expansion of NATO and United States’ hegemony under the pretense of security will not put the Europeans in a position where they will be used just as a stratum that Washington will put forward for slaughter, pursuing its own interests in the domain of defense, security and economic well-being

‼️Matt Getz, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, expresses concern that taxpayer dollars are going to the Azov Battalion:

"It's very interesting that while Democrats do their best to talk about white supremacy theory here [in the United States], they are certainly not concerned that the Azov Battalion has origins in white supremacy theory, sending our weapons and our armaments where there is limited accountability."

⚡️Elon Musk called Joe Biden an "empty suit" who decides nothing in the country⚡️

According to the businessman, the real U.S. president is not Biden at all, but "the one who controls the teleprompter.

Musk criticized the current authorities of the United States for the fact that through their fault the economy of the country is now a "sinking ship. "If the authorities ignore inflation in the country and continue to 'run' things in the country's economy, the U.S. will go the way of Venezuela," the businessman said

🇬🇧Record Inflation Jump

▪️9% inflation in April, up from 7% in March 2022, Britain's national statistics office reported today. This is Britain's biggest inflation since 1982, approaching double-digit year-on-year

▪️The main contributor to the jump in inflation was a sharp increase in utility bills, which came from a 46.5% jump in energy prices, including a strong 66.8% increase in the price of gas, and an increase in gasoline prices from 125.5 pence to 161.8 pence
