External downloader, close all tabs when exit and couple fixes.

In a couple days I'll publish that extension I've mentioned earlier, it brings antitraking abilities and allows to share the whole browser context. Also there are desktop builds with the same features coming soon (Windows, Mac and Ubuntu)

Next release will be the first real release, not pre-release, I think we are ready, but it will take a time, so please be patient.
