How could the US Constitution go into effect if NONE of 13 State Legislatures agreed to it by the process laid out in The Articles of Confederation?
How could the US Constitution go into effect if ALL 13 State Constitutional Conventions had not agreed to it before it was implemented?
How could the people of North Carolina & Rhode Island be subject to laws they had not yet agreed to?
If the US Constitution wasn’t a replacement, but were considered new laws under The Articles of Confederation…
Couldn’t the US Constitution be changed at anytime by the process laid out in The Articles of Confederation?

I am working on DeSantis and some stories he may be involved with.
I’m also working on one story in particular (child trafficking) that involves the location of the cross section of the 4 Florida hurricanes that were 43 days apart in 2004 and 2022. I believe it is no coincidence that we are seeing these maps and the hurricane patterns. Something big is going on in Florida!! Hints are dropped for us to follow up on!!
