Since Keep3r stopped updating the price feed regularly and is not functional at the level possible to use it as an oracle solution for Unit protocol, we decided to cut it entirely from the system.

We have been working on a Unit protocol oracle upgrade. USDP borrowing limits will be temporarily set to 0 for all collaterals except ETH (which takes feed from Chainlink). It will probably take a few more days to finish the upgrade. During this time, you can close your CDP and repay the debt if you wish, but it is not necessary. Funds are safe.

We will switch our oracles to Chainlink and our oracle solution, as well as add new collaterals from the Chainlink price feed. The upgrade will allow Unit protocol to be more robust and help to grow faster. Own oracle solution will allow adding more collaterals in the future without significant protocol expenses to quote it.

We are happy to announce the full integration of Chainlink oracle in Unit protocol. Now Unit protocol can support all the current assets from the Chainlink feed, and it will be much easier to integrate new assets in the future. We start with a limited set of collaterals but plan to extend the list very soon.

Chainlink oracle will allow us to obtain reliable and robust price data, as well as significantly increase the list of available collaterals on Unit protocol. We expect end-users will be confident to use Unit protocol with Chainlink feed.

Since we started, we have only evolved with the help of our community. Including the support of the community admins. You have never received any compensation for this. It's time to fix that.
