I haven't thought I'll post any reviews, but I've realized that I've tried three different Kanna products and can somehow compare them.

1. Kanna extract from liftmode. The cheapest option. 20 doses for 37$. (2$per dose) but half of the amount (25 mg) is enough to feel happier and more empathetic. Not very tasty, and not very comfortable to use, you need to put it under the tongue and wait 10 min. The effect is medium to high. Results are Openness, Empathy, Happiness

2. Kanna chews from KA Emphatigenics. Most expensive 50$ for eight doses, so like 6$ per dose. Each chew has 30mg of high-potency extract. It's delicious gum. The effect I can describe as low to medium but lasts longer. More like Empathy and openness and somehow anti-depressing.

3. 10x Kanna extract from MCMystic bit more expensive than other extract, 15 eur for five doses. (3$per dose or 1$ if you sniff). It's a powder, so you can brew a drink or, better, sniff it. In this case, you will need at least two times less. 50-100 mg. If you sniff, the effect is really high (i mean comparing to other Kanna types, not Mef/etc), and you can physically feel a nice calming sensation and a bit of very light MDMA-like physical relaxation and warmth in addition to default Empathy and openness.

But it's currently quite subjective. I had different sets and settings. Obviously, sniffing substances makes the effect stronger. Also, chews are much tastier than raw extract.

Cradle raises €5.5m to ‘reverse engineer’ biology with machine learning

Makes sense to take a look at those guys and see where it goes. It's definitely an important topic where we will see a lot of innovation. The fact that Twist Bioscience co-founder invested in them definitely adds to this equation. Will follow them.

"However, synbio scientists face a big challenge: engineering proteins is a long and costly process. It requires multiple iterations of experiments and Cradle estimates that more than 90% of proteins that scientists design fail to reach their goals when tested in the lab.
This is the problem that Cradle is trying to solve with its machine learning technology. "

1. It always makes sense to learn the history

2. If you are against weed you literally support racism

3. If your parents love jazz and prevent you who smooking weed I have a question to their logic.

P.S. The question I'll be happy to get a logical explanation is why all other countries are following US drug policies, just stupid copy-pasting ?

Scientists Just Caught Bacteria Using a Never-Before-Seen Trick to Avoid Antibiotics : ScienceAlert

" This mechanism suggests antibiotic resistance is far more varied than researchers previously realized and emphasizes the need to establish more diverse treatments against bacteria."

ChatGPT will be turned off very soon.

Nice but it doesn't make sense to mix Some of it since for example DMT won't work but if it might invent Auhuasca that will be great
Scientists Have Developed a New, Better Antidepressant

Denoscription done by chatGPT

Scientists have developed a small-molecule compound that can regulate the firing of serotonergic neurons and has a fast-acting antidepressant effect, according to a new study. The compound, which works by disrupting the interaction between the serotonin transporter and neuronal nitric oxide synthase, could provide a new treatment for major depressive disorder and other mood disorders that have been difficult to treat. It takes just a few days to take effect and does not have the serious side effects associated with current treatments
